Chapter #5 Dealing With Old Friends

??? P.O.V.

I came out of the shadows as Lesuna was about to strike the poor girl. "I think you should give the girl a break Les" I said and fixed my hair.

"Mind your own business Karl" Les says and gives me her death glare.

"I'm sorry Midnight about this" Special said quietly and hugged Midnight. Les looked like she was about to explode.

"It's fine" Midnight said as she faked a tear. "Why would she attack me like that?"

"She's a good, but also insane friend" I said as I walked up to Les and took her knife.

"She should be put in a mental hospital!" Midnight said and walked up to Karl.

"Watch your mouth, because I bite" Les laughed. She tried to approach the poor girl, but Karl took her hand and stopped her.

I noticed that Special has fled the scene. "Looks like your prince charming left you" I smiled and looked as the woman's face dropped and became white.

Midnight's P.O.V.

"Shit" I think to myself.

I see that the psycho is smiling while the guy, presumably named Karl, is just staring at the sky.

"Weirdos" I whisper and run away, hoping they won't follow me.

Lesuna's P.O.V.

I turn around to face Karl "I guess I should probably inform Lime about your arrival"

"You should, but I don't know if he'll be too happy " He says and looks down.

"I'll be there, because you need to know some things too" I say sadly.

Time skip

Lime's P.O.V.

I was already laying in bed when I heard three loud knocks on my door. "Oh great, the sponge is back for more pineapples" I think to myself and rush to the door.

As I open the door, I see Les standing there with someone else behind her. "Mind if I come in" she asks and smiles.

"No, not at all" I say and stand aside for her to come in.

As she comes in, I see what appears to be Karl, standing there.

"Hello Lime, haven't seen you in a while." He says and looks down.

"I think it should've stayed that way" I say and turn to face Les. Not going to lie, I despise that man with my whole existence. Not only that I hate him for what he did, but I hate him for hitting on Les. Everyone had a crush on her a long time ago, even me. But now she's more of a sister than a lover. But Karl never got that, he still tried to hit on her multiple of times and of course he always failed.

"Oh stop being mean Lime, I need to talk to you" Les says while breaking the silence.

"Very well" I say and walk to my living room. "Karl you can join us.

I hear Les whispering something to him and they both sit down on the couch.

"I have some news regarding Special and Midnight" she sighs "basically he and midnight are dating secretly, behind demon's back"

"No way" I'm not as surprised, as I thought I'll be, which is quite odd.

"What does it have to do with me?" Karl asks, Les probably dragged him here. Poor dude.

"You've seen them kissing, I just need you for evidence" Les says and he gets sad. Probably thought that she likes him. "Anyways, Karl doesn't have a place to stay, so he'll live with you for a bit"

Lesuna's P.O.V.

"No!" they both say in unison. I guess this will be harder than I thought.

"Yes, besides you guys haven't seen each other in a while" I say and leave the apartment.

Lime's P.O.V.

"I guess you can stay a night or two" I say and feel my face blush a bit.

He smiles and lays down on the couch. "You look really cute when you blush" he whispers.

I can feel my face heat up even more, so I leave him alone in the living room. Damn it, I still have some feelings for him.
