The team stared at you and Tony in shock. That is, until Bruce started to laugh. "Haha." He said sarcastically. " Very funny (Y/N) and Tony. Very good performance. But Tony would never cheat on Pepper. He's not that type of-"
Bruce paused to think about his last partial statement. "Wait a minute...."
Tony was still was standing in the middle of the room, hand on his mouth as if trying to keep himself quiet.
        You walked over to Tony looking into his eyes. You took his arm into your hands and lowered it away from his face. He looked at you with a nervous expression. His chocolate eyes had a thin layer of tears ready to spill out.
"Hey Tones. I need you to look at me." You whispered. Tony's eyes met yours. "Remember what you told me? Focus on my voice."
     Tony took a deep breath. He turned to face the Avengers. "It's all true. Me and (Y/N) have been together for awhile now."
All the Avengers (excluding Steve and Tony of course) stared back at you in shock.
    "You guys are being completely serious with us?" Natasha looked back and forth at you and Tony. Her eyes seemed to switch direction between each word.
     "Yes. We are."You had begun to cry. (Damn you really cry a lot) "Well that's a lot to take in. Damn." Natasha stood up and walked over to you.
     Tony being Tony, ran over and put himself between you and Nat. "Touch her, and I won't hesitate to blast you halfway across the universe." "Tony..." you whispered. Tony moved aside but that didn't stop him from glaring at Nat.
     Nat wrapped her arms around you. You gladly accepted to hug and began to calm down. "Just one question." Clint pipped up from the couch.
"What about Pepper?"

It was the night of the wedding rehearsal dinner. You sat awkwardly at a table with Steve and Nat across the room from Tony and Pepper.
Every few mins Tony would give you worried glances.
     You noticed the only times he would look was when Pepper was off talking to someone else.
     You hated to admit it, but you knew that you and Tony needed to tell Pepper the truth. And soon.
You suddenly felt a small tap on your shoulder. You jumped slightly in surprise and turned around to meet your attapper. (Hahaha see what I did there? Attapper?)
It was the one person you'd been dreading talking to. Pepper.
She gave you a slight smile. "Hey (Y/N)! You seem so alone over here. Why don't you come mingle?"
You looked at Steve nervously. You knew if you got up, all contents of your stomach would be on the floor. Well, except for the baby of course.
Steve jumped up in your defense. "Actually Pepper, me and (Y/N) were just in a very important conversation about her and Tony's missions."
"O. Well, see you later then (Y/N)." Pepper turned and walked off. "Thanks a million Steve."
"Of course." Steve grinned at you happily. It was official. Steve was your protective older brother.

2 hours later

Tony walked around swaying back and forth until he reached you. It was obvious he had been drinking.
Steve puffed up his chest ready to stand up and shoo Tony away. You put your hand out signaling that it was ok.
Tony sat down beside you. "Hey" He said his words slurred. "Hey Tony." You spoke gently. "how much have you been drinking?"
"I'm sorry baby." He whispered. "Pepper is being kinda pushy and I couldn't help it. I won't do it again."
You smiled happily. DING DING DING. The sound of a fork against glass. "I would like to make a toast!" Peppers voice echoed across the room.
All attention immediately went to her and silence filled the room. "To my future husband. The day I met you, I knew there was something between us. You fill my days with happiness and my weeks with laughter. I love you Tony. To our future!"
Guilt filled you as the crowd began to clap. "SPEECH SPEECH SPEE-" The crowd cheered until Tony stood up. "Ok! Speech it is!"
O shit! You looked at Steve nervously. "Maybe that isn't a good-" Steve started. "Nono." Tony objected. "Sit down Rogers."
Steve sat down not wanting to cause a fight.
"Pepper! O Pepper! There is so much I want to say to you." Pepper smiled happily. " But let me say this." This isn't so bad. You thought.
"You woman, have made my life a living hell! I've never loved you!" The crowd gasped.
"Tony!" You stood up and grabbed his arm. "Don't-"
"And get this! (Y/N) is pregnant! And it's mine! We've been having an affair for months!"
Right then and there, for the second time in the passed few months, you passed out from shock.
