Harry's parents died when Harry was one year old, his father's best friends Sirius and Remus ran the kingdom as the actings royals while Harry grew up with Lilly's family (basically the same as the books only Harry finds out he's a royal instead of finding out he's a wizard) Sirius and Remus ran the kingdom until Harry turned 11 and returned to the castle to learn how to be a prince and eventually a king.
Draco was a Noble in Voldemort's small kingdom, and yet here he sat in a dungeon cell in the kingdom Harry ruled over. Draco knew very little about Harry's kingdom, he just knew that lord Voldemort had killed the king and queen. He backed into the corner of his cell when he heard the prince walking down to the dungeon. Draco curled into a ball and hoped Harry wouldn't notice him. But Harry stopped and stared at the boy, Draco didn't look up at Harry.
"Harry, you must get to interrogating the prisoners, you can't stop and stare now" said a girl in nice clothing with frizzy hair. Harry seems to snap out of his daze and moves on, but Draco overhears Harry talking to someone "get the blonde boy in cell 7, have the maids fix him up and keep him in a room until I have some free time, feed him whatever he requests."
The woman Harry was talking to goes to Draco and unlocking draco's cage and gripping his arm tightly. The woman was dressed in all pink and she lead Draco up to the maids before explaining to the maids what Harry wanted. She then let go of draco's arm, undoubtedly leaving a bruise. Draco frowns and the maids lead him to the king's bedroom, leaving him there and telling him to wash himself and that by the time he was done they'd have clothes on the bed for him. Draco refuses to take a bath, or change. Draco just sat on the bed with his arms crossed. The bed was very soft...
It wasn't long before Harry burst in followed by his right hand man and right hand woman.
The frizzy haired woman from earlier still tried to speak up to Harry. "you don't have any time to waste Harry! I'm sorry but you can't start this now, you'll have to wait!" Harry ignored her as he burst in to the room where Draco was. He immediately rushes to Draco and kissed his hand softly "I'm sorry I couldn't introduce myself earlier, I'm Harry Potter the king of Hogwarts kingdom... Who caused this bruise on your arm?"
"T-the l-lady i-in p-pink..."
"Hermione, fire umbridge"
The frizzy haired lady nods and goes off leaving Draco alone with Harry and a ginger man. Harry looked into draco's silver eyes.
"What's your name"
"I'm Draco...."
"Alright Draco what's it gonna take to get you to give me the chance to court you"
Draco turns bright red. The king of the rival kingdom wanted to court him?
