01: Last three tearful days!

"Rise and Shine!"

Aside from being suddenly blinded by the sun rays, what ruined my morning was the annoying voice that woke me up.

I peeked from under the blanket and saw Bamboo standing beside my bed, all dressed up. He wore a white polo shirt and a short that reaches below his knees. He has a great fashion sense as he looks effortlessly gorgeous. But that won't change the fact that he ruined my sleep.

"Stop bugging me, will you? Let me sleep."

"Carmen, stop being lazy and get up."

I was ready to resume my sleep when I realized something isn't right.

I sat up.

"Wait! How the hell did you get in?"

"I forgot to return your access card last night." He said and threw the card at me.

I took the card then glared at him.

"Next time, don't go here without my permission."

"We only have three days left in the cruise Carmen. I'll do what I what and if I were you, I'll start getting ready because we'll arrive at Japan port in thirty minutes."

"What?!" I took my phone and checked on the date. Today is my most awaited day of the cruise.

"Oh my God!!" I started pulling my clothes out the suitcase.

I had carefully planned my activities and just like the first time, Bamboo ruined agenda by inviting me to drink last night.

"Are you seriously gonna watch me prepare?"

He chuckled at my question.

"I'll wait for you outside." He said and disappeared through the door.

"I didn't say I'll join you!!" I screamed.

Since it's summer, I wore my floral pink dress that matches my hat and sandals. Taking my camera and phone, I headed outside to join the rest.

We were given a four-hour land tour experience where we can choose to join the tour proper or explore on our own. I chose the latter. Japan is one of my dream destination and I'd like to have my short visa-free visit to Naha worthwhile.

I had my own carefully planned itinerary. While I thought today's going to be a hassle-free day, I was wrong because I just saw Bamboo trailing behind.

"Will you stop following me? Just join the others with the free tour." I snapped.

He shrugged. "I tried but I find it boring."

"So, you think following me like an annoying puppy is exciting?"

"Yes."

"Bamboo! Go on your own okay?"

"I'll go where I feel like going. It just so happens that we have the same idea of fun." He reasoned.

"Don't you dare bother me!" I glared even more.

Bamboo only smirked and clicked on his camera.

"Arghhh!!" I screamed and stomped my feet as I walked away from him. I can't help but throw tantrums at how annoying Bamboo is. How dare him take a photo of me without my consent!

"Ignore him, Lea. Focus on enjoying this day." I reminded myself.

I went to the places listed on my itinerary and took my time in taking as much photos and videos as I could. In that moment I forgot about Bamboo pestering me and I got too occupied by enjoying the view that I didn't notice the time. There's only a few minutes left before the ship departs.
