Chapter 12

Grace POV

The next morning we all wake up early to get ready to go to the interview. Having been up as late as were we are all super tired. I glance at my phone to see the time, only to realize I have a text.

Lily

You and Jaz will be in today. Correct?

It's my boss! Oh no! We have to be there in an hour and there is no way we can skip again. I run downstairs to find Jaz.

"We have to go to work!" I say. Her smile drops. So does everyone else's.

"Oh yeah. " she says sadly.

"We can come pick you up when you get off, and we need to come back after the interview to finish those measurements." Liam states.

"OK. We get off at 5. What time will the interview be over?" I ask.

"Well we have to be there at 7 so that we can get ready, and it airs at 8:30 and we will be done by 9. We can meet you at the shop at 9:30 if that's okay." Liam tells us.

"Sounds good, we need to go now, see you later." I say as Jaz and I head toward the door. We grab our purses and jackets and head out.

"I was looking forward to the interview." Jaz tells me sadly as we get into the car.

"Me too. When we get to work we need to turn the TV to that channel and watch it."

"Yes, definitely."

Harry POV

Soon after Grace and Jaz leave we hear someone in the kitchen. Since Zayn, Liam, Louis, Niall, and I are all in the living room and Grace and Jaz are gone, I'm unsure who it might be. Everyone else is to busy watching TV to notice anything. I get up to check it out.

"Where are you going Hazza?" Louis asks.

"To get a water bottle. Anyone else want one?" I ask.

"Grab me one, when you get back we need to leave." Liam tells me.

"I want one too" Louis says.

"Grab me one too" Niall requests.

"And me" Zayn says sadly.

"Oh cheer up. You will see Grace again soon." I tell him.

"I know, but I really like her."

"Awwwwww Zaynie's in love!" I hear Louis screech as I leave the room. When I enter the kitchen I see the girl from the club. Oops, looks like we all forgot she was even here.

"Hello, what's your name again?" I ask.

"Madelyn" she tells me. "Where's Grace and Jaz?"

"They had to go to work. Do you want to come to our interview with us?"

"Sure. I might as well."

"Well, are you ready to go? If not I'm sure we can wait a few minutes on you." I say smiling at her.

"No, I'm ready." she says.

"Well then. Let me grab a few bottles of water and we will be off then." I tell her as I turn to the fridge.

"Okay sexy" she tells me. I feel her swat my butt as she walks behind me. I let out a surprised squeak. She laughs and then scampers off toward the living room. I walk in to see her sitting on the couch. I walk over and whisper in her ear.

"There will be payback for that, babe. And you know what they say about payback."

"Bring it on" she tells me. She then stands up and heads to follow everyone else out the door.

Jaz POV

Grace and I sit in the shop with the TV on the channel that the interview will be coming on and wait. The shop has not been busy today. One man came in and picked up his suit but that has been it.

"So...you and Zayn?" I ask as I glance over at my best friend. She blushes.

"What about us?" she asks innocently.

"What's going on between you two?" I ask.

"Nothing." she says. I give her the don't-you-lie-to-me face. "OK, I really like him...like a lot." she tells me burying her face in her hands so that I don't see her blush.

"That's adorable. You guys would make a cute couple." I tell her. There is a long moment of silence.

"So...you and Liam?" she says, smirking.

"Yea....I really really like him." I say, I can feel myself blushing redder than a tomato.

"Now that is adorable." she says.

"Do you think he likes me?" I ask.

"Do you think the sky is blue?" she says.

"So you think he does"

"Yes!" she says. "It's obvious"

"I just wo...."

"Shhhhhh! The interview is on!" she says, completely interrupting me.

"Here with me today I have the one, the only, the handsome...ONE DIRECTION!" the interviewer announces. They all walk out onto stage and take a seat on one of the five seats that are set up on the stage. " I'm Jenny. So, how are you lads today?" she asks enthusiastically.

"We are doing great. We are really looking forward to the People's Choice Awards next month and then about a week after the the Where We Are tour starts which we are all looking forward to also." Liam says.

"Oh yes and I'm sure the fans are excited too" Jenny says smiling at them.

"Yes I'm sure. I can't wait to see them all!" Louis says.

"So, who is single here?" she asks.

"I'm single, but there is this one girl who I'm interested in currently." Zayn says. I look over to Grace to see a huge blush on her face and a smile.

"He..he is talking about me?" she half asks half states as she looks at me for confirmation.

"Yep. I think he is!" I tell her before turning my attention back to the TV.

"I am single, but I also have taken interest in a certain someone." Liam says, blushing like mad.

"How sweet!" Jenny says.

"I'm single" louis states.

"I am single." Harry says.

"I am also single" Niall says.

"Would either of you like to say anything about these two ladies you are interested in?" Jenny asks Liam and Zayn.

"I have never felt like this toward any other person in my entire life." Zayn says smiling.

"Same goes for me." Liam says.

"Not even Danielle?" Jenny asks.

" I loved Danielle a lot. But there is this feeling you get when you know you have finally found the one and I really think she might just be the one." Liam says smiling.

"Are these ladies famous?" Jenny asks.

"No." Liam says.

"How did you meet them?" Jenny asks.

"I think that story is one I would like to keep to myself for now." Zayn says.

"Same goes for me." Liam says.

"Oh come on guys! You two won't tell me where you met your soon to be girlfriends. It's all secrets with you all isn't it?" Jenny says jokingly.

"Sorry." they all say laughing.

"Well I'm afraid that that is all the time we have today. Thank you lads for coming!" she says and then it's all over. I'm not sure how Grace is feeling right now, but I am currently floating on a cloud.
