The Plan

Dr Leroy's P.O.V.

         I watched the ship explode and in that second I broke down. I cried, I let my knees give out and I just broke down crying. I sat with my legs out in front of me rethinking how fast everything was happening, my thoughts then transferred to the people on the ship. Surely they knew they were going to die, they must've, the government can't go around killing people in attempt just to get me. A noise like a speaker moved me from my thoughts, it was the same scientist as the one in my dream I recognized as Dr. Natalia.

"Hello, Dr. Leroy, this is Dr. Natalia coming from the original earth planet. I was the last one to leave the building and went straight to my sister's house. She understood the whole situation and lent me her laptop so I can hack into places to make sure no one left any trace. I first went to your profiles and saw that you had booked a flight and the government had the same one. I then contacted you as quick as I can and left a message that probably glitched on the way to you. I am glad you were able to make it out and escape. If you are listening to this please make any noise."

"Hello Natalia I'm glad to hear you escaped alive and well." I said.

"Thank goodness you are okay Leroy I got worried when I didn't hear a noise."

"So what's the plan now?"

"Well now I am still going to keep your ship on course to the planet 'Ava 9' since that was a very good plan, it'll take longer although since you don't have the movie simulator in here." She said.

"All right then what" I asked.

"I will contact a friend there, he will give you shelter and you will act as if an uncle of family relative visiting, I must inform you he does have a wife and kids."

"Well what's the plan for you guys?" I asked, I had too many questions. I wanted to make sure everyone was safe we need as much people as possible to remake the cure.

"2 of the scientists already have somebody to take them off this planet, 1 of the scientists said he had a hide-out spot in the middle of space and I will stay here for as long as I can trying to figure out a plan because we can't hide forever."

I scoffed, I didn't say it but I sure did think it. I would much rather hide than talk or even fight my way through this.

"Alright, this is it for now I have to check up on the others. I will contact you again as soon as I have more important information." and with that I didn't hear the muffled noise of the speakers anymore.

        After a while I stopped thinking and I looked back inside my brief case. Inside I had notes, clothes, and some test tube, beakers, etc. I reviewed over the notes and looked at all the diagrams and algorithms. I was glad that I grabbed the important ones and not any failed experiment notes or anything. I was relieved and satisfied so I put everything back, closed the brief case, and laid my head atop it and took a nap knowing I was safe with Natalia, expert with any technology, watching over me.
