Mutual Love

Chapter 9

~Night Time~

Carlos got up barely able to walk,and brung him self covertly back to his dorm, as he didn't want no one to see his bruises or the blood coming from his nose. He didn't want no one to tell jay or the other Vk's, cause then Aziz would think he told them and that would lead to him hurting jay and Mal and evie.

He quickly undressed and entered the shower, as he felt the warm water hit his hair, then sliding down his back. Carlos stood in the shower, letting the soap wash off his body. He was tired and he had a lot of bruises, he didn't know how to tell anyone. But he knew that he needed to hide them. Carlos sighed as he turned off the water and grabbed towel and wrapped it around his waist. He walked out of the bathroom and made it to his room, and he walked towards his closet and changed into a pair of black sweatpants and boxers, he slipped on a long sleeve red shirt with some white dots. He sighed as he rubbed the towel through his hair.

Carlos hears the door open, and hears Ben helping jay to his bed. Carlos felt more guilty when he heard that Ben Say " don't worry jay, thanks to Mal healing you, and then the hospital, you'll  get better and this cast will come off quickies than you know it"

Jay thanked Ben, and Carlos heard when Ben walked out. Carlos Hanged the towel up and walked out of the closet with a nervous feeling.

Jay seen Carlos as he walked out the closet, and quickly his face changed into a shocked face. "Carlos! Mal and evie were looking everywhere for you, where'd you go?" Jay asked as if everything was normal.

Carlos then peeked over at his cast and it brung tears to his eyes. Jay noticed and wobbled up and brung Carlos in for a hug. "Car it's not your fault" jay Said as he hugged Carlos tighter, Carlos quickly look up towards the ceiling as he knew jay was lying. "Jay it was my fault, I lost focus and look how you ended up" Carlos Said as he pulled away from his hug.

"Car, no it wasn't!" Carlos hugged jay as tears landed on jays shirt. Jay then asked Carlos "Now can we move on from this,".

Carlos then detached from the hug and kissed jay, as jay did the same,.

The boys continued until, they heard the door slam open and both stopped and turned their heads towards the door. It was by Mal and Evie, both girls run with tears in their eyes, as they seen Carlos and jay together. "Carlos, we were worried about you. We've been looking all day!" Evie said as she and Mal hugged tighter.

The 3 detached as Carlos began to explain, "Yeah sorry, today was just. Complicated." Carlos replied as he began to remember what happened with Aziz. He then realized that he put jay in more danger since he has that cast on.

Carlos decided that he was gonna avoid aziz and will use his power if he has to.

"Well guys I'm kinda tired from the day I had, so can we finish this tomorrow?" Carlos asked pretending to be normal and happy.

The teens hug and then leave the room.

Carlos walks towards jay and both began what they started....

~1 week later~

The 2 teens Mal and evie decided to go with jay to the doctor to see some results, after being a week of him having on that cast. Carlos stood behind to walk dude and just spend time with him. Jay found it funny a little but didn't lay much attention to it, until evie noticed something at the tourney game.

Carlos was walking dude a little far from the School, but still being able to see the school. Until he felt two hands push him to the ground, scaring dude. He quickly turned around and seen it was Aziz, and he was angry.  And Carlos was frighten, at the way aziz was looking at him.

Back at the hospital after the doctor left, Mal decided that she was gonna go to the vending machine, and asked if they wanted anything. Both denied. Mal then walks out. evie decides to sits next to jay.

"um jay? Can I um. Tell you something" evie said nervously, jay looked at evie and noticed her face. What's wrong?" Jay asked, as Evie looked at him and shook her head. "Nothing," Evie said as she sighed. "At least not with me." Evie muttered as Jay raised his eyebrow towards her. "Then who?" Jay asked as sat up and Evie shook her head as she stared at Jay with her brunette eyes. "Urm, no one." Evie lied as she stood off his bed and Jay grabbed her wrist and turned her towards him as Evie chewed her bottom lip and looked towards Jay. "It's Carlos," Evie said as Jay let go of her wrist. Jay began to rip out the IV needles as Evie widened her eyes and rushed over trying to push Jay down, who was trying his best to get up without hurting his friend.

"Evie! I need to go check on Carlos," Jay yelled as Evie shook her head and keep her hands on his shoulders.

"He's not hurt!" Evie yelled as Jay glared towards her, thinking that she was pulling some joke. "Not now at least, I think someone is hurting him." Evie said as Jay stopped fighting and felt anger rush through his body as Evie became nervous, knowing that she said something wrong. " and Why do you think that?" Jay asked in anger covering his voice as Evie sighed and felt tears prickle in her eyes.

I saw," Evie stopped as tears fell from her eyes and Jay face softened as he lightly grabbed her wrist and pulled them off his shoulders and rubbed his thumb above her wrist. "You saw and who was it ?" Jay asked softly as Evie looked away, afraid to see the anger burning in his eyes.

"Aziz." Evie spat.

Carlos began to cry as Aziz pushed him on the floor as his brown eyes glared towards him and Aziz grabbed his wrist and pulled Carlos up harshly and brought his face to Carlos' frighten one. "You think you can ditch me to hang out with your crush?" Aziz hissed as Carlos face paled as Aziz threw him down on the ground and kicked him in the stomach, Aziz sighed as he pushed his hair from his face. "I thought you'd would be different, I mean he treats you like dog!"

Aziz yelled as he kicked Carlos again in his stomach. "You think Jay would love someone weak like you? Jay could have anyone!" Aziz yelled as he pulled Carlos hair and slapped him. Aziz began naming all his friends and punched him every time he name them .

"Anyone but you." Aziz yelled as he let go of Carlos' limp body and let him hit the branches on the ground. Aziz left Carlos to the ground as he walked away, towards his castle as Carlos felt burning tears fall down his face. He pulled his knees to his bruised stomach and cried out in pain as he closed his eyes, which his right one was becoming swollen shut, and he pushed himself up, trying to ignore the pain, as he made his way towards his dorm.
