I feel like
I'm numb,
and
Overwhelmed with emotions,
At the same time.
My mind is pulsating,
Thoughts are cloudy,
Brain is fuzzy and
It's hard to get out of bed.
My thoughts are racing
Too fast to grasp.
Dissociated from my body,
I feel numb.
Watching my life like a movie
I have no control.
Shaking in bed
Unable to stop,
I am feeling
Nothing,
And
Everything
All at once.
