Tom died in the mountain, Star and Pony Head continue their adventure from the mountain looking at Tom's dead body. "Star we should go now.", Pony suggested. "Wait a minute...", Star take out from her bag, a flower that she kept before she and Ton head out their journey. "Tom, I will miss you.", she let the wind blow the petals of the flower. This flower is a special flower in Mewni, the black flower, a flower represent death called "The Sorrow Tears".
The petals landed on Tom and his blood around him. The black flower has 6 petals on it, only 6, more nor less. "We can go now.", They go on without Tom at their side but they will find this place on a special occasion thing they must do and save Tom. On they way they go, Star open an ancient book from the library and read this.
"The place you want to go is not in Mewni, only one person can enter in."
The Goldleaf Field
"The place where you can wish anything you want, but only a person can enter and that is..."
She close the book and sit with Pony Head below a tree. "Pony Head I know is hard but the place isn't in Mewni nor in Earth.", Star look at her seriously. "What do you mean?", she said. "I have another book that is also about The Goldleaf Field, that the only way to there is...my blood.", Star look at her and she freak out about it. "What?!", Pony exclaimed.
Back to the book...
"That is a blood of a royal blood from the Butterfly's. It's the only way and the reason is this."
Once, there is a Queen name Celena. Celena the Shy made a dimension which you can wish what ever you want. But only one person can enter the realm, only Butterflies can enter the realm by using this one method.
Star make a circle around her and look at it and it's perfect. "Star are you sure it's okay?", Pony Head ask. "I know it's dangerous, I show you another book where there will be risk.", Star plan from the journey because she knows Tom will do his plan. "But then how you don't know he died? If you know...", Pony ask again.
"I act like this so Tom think I don't know his plan.", Star explain while she have a knife on her right hand. "What are you doing? I thought you're only make a circle around you.", she curious and Star's lips starts to move.
"It's because this circle will detect you, if you don't spill some blood it will think you are not a Butterfly.", Star cut her palm and it starts to bleed to the grass, she squeeze her hand so the wound will bleed more and more. "B-fly, what's happening?!", Pony starts to panic. The floor starts to glow bright white light. "Bye Pony Head.", Star vanish with thin air and Pony stay at the tree for Star to come back.
With a blink of an eye, Star made to the realm of The Goldleaf Field. Upon her front is a door leads to it, she take a deep breath and go in through the door. With amazement, the place is full of trees and the leaves are gold. Star see Celena at the middle of the endless path, she is there reading a book and Star walk to her.
She said something, "You cannot come any closer, just sit on the gold leaves and I will talk to you a bit.", Star sat with her, across her. The leaves is just like leaves but the colour is gold, really strange or is it painted? She have no idea. "So what do you want Star Butterfly?", Celena look at her with shyness. "Oh your, Majesty I...", she chuckled a little, cover her mouth. "Alright what do you want princess of destroyed magic?", she ask what Star wants.
"I want to bring back my friend, and I wish I can bring him back to life.", Celena understands what she said. Because she sees all what she done from the castle where he meet Tom until now. "OK you have my word, but if you have magic.", Star frown that she don't have magic in her. Celena want to help her but there is a prize to pay when you wish.
"What is that in your pocket?", Celena ask. Star take out her pocket and see it's her necklace with a star pendent. "This is yours right?", she ask the princess. "Yes it's from my Mom, Queen Moon.", Celena observe at the necklace. She look at Star and Star is weird about why she look at her. She hand the necklace over to Star and said some words. "The necklace has magic.", Star's eyes widened. "Really? then what should I do?", she ask Celena.
"You need to destroy it so your friend Tom can be saved and you can go back to the timeline you were.", Star starts to overjoyed about the news but her smile become a frown. "On one condition, you will forget everything you have done in this timeline and you won't see Tom ever again but he will be safe.", Star is still listening to her. "You will forget he is your friend, you and him will be separated.", Star think this through if it is the right choice.
"I'll break the pendant from the necklace. Thank you Celena.", she still sitting with her, she took her knife and ready to stab this necklace. "Goodbye Star.", Celena disappeared with no clue and Star haven't break it. She look at it with tears in her eyes. "No...", Star felt she doesn't want to do it. "Why you cry?", a familiar voice beside her. "No I just can't Tom...", Star is talking to Tom from her mind.
"So you decided to go home like this or another way?", he ask her if this is the last destination she wants. "I don't want to lose my memories Tom, you are precious to me and I love you...", tears drop to the leaves beautifully. "OK Star it's your decision. Another path or this is the end?", Tom look at her with sorrow eyes tells her this is the right path then his.
Star didn't know Tom was only make Star to felt sorry for married Marco. And she looked all the events and know what she will do. But if she forget her memories, she will married Marco but he wants to make Star happy. And breaking the necklace is the only option to go home in the right timeline because of Celena. Tom's death was to make Star in love with him, the sacrifice is just save everyone in Star timeline, if not there are no people.
"This is...", Star starts to stab the necklace and tears even more flowing down from her eyes. One stab didn't work, another didnt work, again it starts to crack. The forth one even more breakable, again the fifth one almost going to break it until the sixth time Star broke the necklace. Then she fell asleep on the ground and didn't see anything.
"I fell asleep and didn't know where I am but the memories of my journey starts to fade away..."
