Before we start this, I will have to make some adjustments to the timeline of this story. Because Olwen and Agni are both teenagers, than the Ray Sphere will have to take place somewhere in late 1998. This will take place in 2018, and Delsin will be in his either late 20s to early 30s. The Killer Frost I chose is the Crystal Frost of SS:HTP. This Frost, I think she deserved to have a more comforting part in a story. I just don't get why people never tried that. I will, though, sense I feel this Killer Frost deserves more. Enough though, story on!

Walking in the Downtown streets of Gotham City was a teenage boy at the age of 17. He has black hair, unnaturally pale skin, cyan cold blue hands with icy mists and electrical sparks, as well as cold electric blue eyes, and blackish-brown hair. He is wearing a black t-shirt, gray and white pants, and has tattoos on his left and right arms. His name is Olwen Kuo, son of Lucy Kuo and the famous Cole MacGrath. While he was a baby, he had been separated by his family, alongside his half-brother, Agni MacGrath, the month-younger half-brother Son of Nix. They didn't meet, until a year after Delsin Rowe, the successor of Cole, brought peace to Conduits and Humans alike. When they finally met, while they didn't stay with one another, they did get their phone numbers, in case it is something important. It is only when they hanged out more, when Delsin and his friends made the Second Sons, which, unlike the First Sons, was made to make sure the peace between Conduits and Humans isn't broken, and the former members of the D.U.P attacking anyone and carrying Augustine's work. They signed up for it, and went along, so that they could continue their family's legacy.
Olwen carries both his parent's powers. He has his mother's Cryokinesis, and his father's famous Electrokinesis. He is calm, cool, and collected like his mother, but is selfless, caring like his father, showing concern to the innocent people. He would risk his life to save those that are going to be hurt by those that don't deserve it.
As he was walking, he than turned to an empty part of the city, and a total of 6 people went down and surrounded Olwen.
These are the Suicide Squad members, which are also known only as Task Force X. They are Criminals, tasked to do a Life-risking mission by Amanda Waller. If they don't work with her, their neck bombs detonate. This time, they were sent by Amanda to recruit Olwen, even though he is a heroic person, not a criminal. These consist of Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Bronze Tiger, Black Spider, and Killer Frost.
Deadshot' Floyd Lawton' is the father of his daughter, Zoe Lawton. After his Wife had died, he dedicated his life to be a mercenary, and have money for his daughter to have. Arguably the man that never missed a shot, he is a times the enemy of Batman, who made him miss.
Harleen Quinnzel is originally the Joker's psychiatrist, but was driven to become his partner. She helped him escape from confinement and took on her own criminal identity as Harley Quinn. Quinn was a violent and unpredictable felon whose only motivation, beyond general mayhem, was achieving the Joker's approval. Because of the Joker's cruel and mercurial nature, this in some ways made Quinn just another one of his victims - albeit a very dangerous one.
