When it all began

Okay! No more shy typing kid friendly writing!...Joking, read at your own risk. Anyway this is the recreation of my terrible story I wrote at the age of twelve...or eleven. Whatever, enjoy! (...in the process of being recreated)

Chapter 1

Let me introduce myself, my name is Karen Im 17 years old,I have black hair and deep blue eyes. I'm a soul free'er my parents died when I was young. So I lived in an orphanege, with my best friend Chris. The day we met Alex we found him freeing a spirit and he tried to erase our memory. When we promised not to tell he didn't erase it. I asked him if I could become a soul free'er, Chriss tried to stop me but eventually gave up and joined in. Why we believed in souls and all? You may ask, I don't I just do.

"Its the first of your kind that believes in souls and asks me to do this" he said

Confused i asked " what do you mean our kind, arent we all humans?"

He shook his head " I'm not human" he said

"What are you then" I asked not scared at all

"I don't actually know what they call us but I can turn into any animal just not really big ones like elephants and rihnos" he said

I instantly lit up " can you turn into a puppy, please" I said giving him a puppy face

He gave me a confused look " Arent you freaked out or something" he asked

Now it was my turn to be confused. "No, should I be"

"Oh no is just some people think it's weird or creepy that's all."

"Well I think it's kinda cool" I said honestly " now can you turn into a puppy" I said putting my puppy face again

He smiled " Fine" it's the first time I've seen him smile, he looks like a kind of serious person who doesn't smile often. Now that I look at him he doesn't look to old , about 18. He has paper white silver hair that shinnes beautifully up to his neck and covers his eyes and beautiful sparkling deep blue eyes that you get lost in like an bottomless hole.

He had muscles and was wearing black tight shirt and pants. Suddenly he was gone. I looked around " Chris did you see that" I turned around to see my blond best friend. He had green eyes and muscles from how much he worked out and was obviously my age. We've been best friends since we were 4.

"Oh, right there" he said pointing to the ground infront of my feet , there was a cute puppy with white silver fur and blue eyes.

"OMG, it's so cute" I screeched like a kid does for candie. I picked the puppy which was Alex up. " Well aren't you the cutest thing" I said while it just growled at me for calling it cute. I scratched behind his ear and it quickly stopped growling. " Isnt it cute" I asked chris. " Watever" he said sounding jelous, of what, I don't know. Suddenly Alex bounced of and was back to human.

"Aww I wanted to keep petting you" I said pouting. He smiled a beautiful smile "Maybe another time"

"Fine" I said " so when can we be soul free'ers"

"Well I'll be training you both, since everyone works in groups then you'll be in mine" he said

"Cool, so who's in your group" I asked

"Just me and Jasper" he said

I heard a snort come from chris. Alex looked at the ground with a sad and hurt expression. I turned to Chris and glared at him. He had that jelous expression again, sometimes I just don't get him. I turned back to Alex " Dont listen to him I think your the most cool and awsome person I've ever met and I mean it" I said looking into his eyes and kissing his cheek. He quickly looked away blushing a little and I could see a hint smile forming on his lips. "So who's this Jasper friend of yours" I asked curious. It's weird how I barely met him and act like we've been best friends forever. Suddenly I felt bad for forgetting about Chris. He does have right to be jelous, but being mean to Alex is another. I turned around to Chris and wrapped my arms around his waist as we walked. He smiled at me as he put an arm around my waist. Even though we acted like a couple we never thought of each other as more than friends, well at least me. I dont know about chris thought i dont think so. I turned back to Alex as we walked waiting for him to answer.

" Well Jaspers my cat" he said

"So were is he?" I asked

Suddenly his watch started beeping. "Theres one near by" he said whispering

"One what" I asked

"A soul, it happens when someone dies" he said. " Ready for an adventure" he asked

"Okay" I said.

And that's were it all began.
