Living in Chicago, IL is already a problem as it is. Crime, Gang violence, and Drugs. As a baby I was diagnosed with Sickle Cell (SC Trait), so it was hard for me to things that I wanted to do that other kids did. I use to get bullied, and as time moved, so did I. Poetry was a way to get my thoughts on paper without anyone judging my own writing. I started to become better at writing my feelings through pen and paper. I thought it was amazing at what i can do with my talent. I became older, and I helped more and more people with their problems. People ran to me for help. I was always right there by their side.
This book will consist of 10 short poems with a hidden theme or message behind each and everyone. Have fun with reading my book. I hope I inspired others to chase their dreams, and to have faith for everything you do.
