I was so innocent

I didn't know what would happen when..

Like a child

Like a baby

In the arms of mummy

Now I understand

Now my eyes

Fade to black

She sees him

Covering his arms

She confronts him

Fire in her chest

She pulls off the jacket

Sees the scars

We see the scars

The scars on his wrist

From the thin sharp metal.

Don't tell me

I don't understand

Cuz I may understand

Better than you

When I was innocent

The world revolved around mommy

And daddy

And their love.

Now they're angry

Always angry

It's always hard to see

Drop the razor blades
