Chapter 15

Fatima's POV

I look at the ceiling, counting the black tiles with a flower pattern. I already took a shower, tried falling asleep, but it didn't work so now I am just trying to distract myself, not wanting to get out of the room yet. I already wore my outfit for diner and I was starving. Plus, I was so bored that I didn't find anything better to do but look at the ceiling waiting for Enzo or Sebastian to come pick me up. Honestly, I don't really know why I am waiting for them. Can't I go outside and explore a little on my own? No I shouldn't. For starters I am not familiar with the people here, what if I get lost and they think I am some kind of weirdo that broke and entered and I get sent to jail? Or what if they start speaking in italian and I can't even answer them in a way they can understand?

I heard a knock that made me get up quickly. I guess I don't have to wonder anymore and I can finally get out of this room. I walk to the door and open it, smiling when I saw who was on the other side

"I am back, hope you didn't miss me too much"

I removed a nonexistent tear "I actually really missed you Enzo, I thought I would die, that's how intense the pain was"

He just grinned "You are crazy. You ready for diner ?"

"I can eat a horse" I hooked my arm to his. As if on cue, my stomach grumbled

He chuckled before leading the way "I can see that"

"Where is Sebastian?" I asked noticing that he wasn't around

"He will join us in a bit. I feel bad for the dude, He had a meeting with the old man"

Their Dad? Is that the business he was supposed to take care of? If so why didn't he just say so? Is everything okay ?

"And you, is everything alright with your mom?" I asked remembering that she wanted to see him

He looked at me surprised, as if he was not expecting my question, was it wrong of me to ask?

I shifted around uncomfortably "I am sorry, it- it's none of my business, I just thought it was important for you since you low key looked worried, but, hey forget I said anything, I didn't want to make you uncomfortable"

He shook his head and held my arms lightly "On the contrary, I didn't know you were paying that much attention, or you cared for that matter considering we just met"

I rolled my eyes "We are family now, after all, I am dating your brother"

We just started laughing, remembering how this whole thing started in the first place

"I know you want to be a part of this family officially" He wiggled his eyebrows as we were going down the stairs

I made a fake shocked face "Oh my, how did you know I was dying to be your sister in law? Is it that obvious ?"

"I mean who doesn't want to be my family member? I mean look at me"

I chuckled lightly "Yeah I can see- " before I finished my sentence, I saw many pair of eyes staring at me. I quickly shut my mouth and stood awkwardly in front of the huge dining table. I looked at Enzo on my left that was looking straight at Sebastian. As if they were communicating silently, Sebastian gets up and walk towards me. He kissed my forehead before hugging me.

"Relax a little love. Don't let them intimidate you. I am here with you" he whispered in my ears before letting me go and pulling a chair for me.

I smile at him, nodding my head lightly before sitting down next to him

"Well everyone, this is my woman Fatima Noor." He proudly spoke, holding my hand to his lips. What a good actor, even I believed it for a second
