Why did you do it?

Kings Pov
When Diane told the others to leave I was scared.
Did she see the blood oh my god....
When I looked into her eyes she suddenly grabbed my arms and pulled them in front of me.
I winced in pain and gasped when I saw her looking at my sleeves which were covered in my blood.
She gasped when she saw the bloody sleeves. I tried pulling back but she wouldn't let me.
Tears streamed down her cheeks when she asked me a question.
"King what happened to your sleeves?" Diane asked me with a scared expression on her face.
I was looking anywhere but her leaving her question unanswered. No one was supposed to find out especially Diane herself I should have locked the door so they wouldn't have come inside. But then they would get suspicious.
When I didn't answer her she just asked again. "King please tell me." Diane had a worried look on her face. I was shocked still not answering.
Diane pulled up my sleeves and saw the cuts and she gasped I was scared of what she would ask me next.
"King what happened why is there cuts? Who did this?" Diane asked me crying. When I saw her crying it shocked me.
I just looked away from her.
"I....I...c-c....m-myself...." I said quietly.
She gasped.

Diane Pov
I gasped. Why would King do that to himself.
"Why did you do it King?" I asked him with my eyes filled with tears.
He just broke down in front of me and fell down to the floor I was so shocked.
I sat down with him and hugged him his face on my chest. When I hugged him his hands went around my waist I was surprised. When he calmed down I was ready to ask him why he did it.
"So King why did you cut yourself? And when did you do that?" I asked.
He looked at me his eyes were puffy and pink." Well first the sins I've committed were horrible and put me into depression. I also see you guys having fun when I'm not there so I was thinking that you guys wouldn't care if I died so I well cut myself hoping no one would find out especially you. And I did it as soon as I went upstairs." King said.
"Why would you think we wouldn't care? Especially me you mean a lot to us all." I asked.
He blushed. " I don't know my suicidal thoughts make me do bad things it's been a long time since I've cut actually." King said. And I looked shocked.
"Wait you've cut before? When?" I asked.
"Before the seven deadly sins were formed when I peacefully lived in the Fairy King's forest. Before I was recognized as a traitor to my people because of the sin I committed." King said.
I was confused what sin was so terrible to put him into depression.
"Anyway let's get your wounds cleaned up. And promise me you will never do that again?" I said
"I can't promise but I will try to okay. Just for you." King said with a smile.
"Okay thanks you King. Now let's go to the bathroom." I said.
"Okay." King said.

King Pov
Me and Diane went into the bathroom.
She pulled my sleeves up and saw how far the cuts went up my arm.
I winced in pain when she touched them.
"King since how far these cuts go up your arm I need you to take off your jacket and the shirt underneath." Said Diane.
When I realized what that meant I blushed and nodded. I toke off my jacket and the shirt underneath. When Diane saw my chest she blushed.
She then started examining my cuts and I realized that there was a lot. Diane got up and got bandages and a wet cloth. When she started cleaning the blood I winced. "I know it hurts King but it will be over soon." Said Diane I just nodded.
As soon as she was cleaning all my wounds she wrapped the bandages around my wrists and up how far my cuts went up.
"There you're all fixed up." Diane said getting up and taking my clothes.
I looked at her comfused. "Why are you taking my clothes?" I asked.
"I'm Washington hem because the sleeves are stained with blood." Diane said.
"Oh okay." I said
Diane left the room and when she came back she smiled at me. "Let's go downstairs to see the others. Let's tell them about wha-" she started saying but I interrupted her.
"No please let's keep it between us okay Diane?" I said.
"Okay let's just go downstairs okay." Diane smiled.
I nodded we left the bathroom and went downstairs. When we came downstairs everyone looked at us.
Ban was the first one to look at us. "What were you two doing up there~" Ban asked with a smirk.
"Obviously not what your thinking about."Diane said before I could say a word.
Then everyone attention went to the bandages on my arms.
"Wait Sir King why are there bandages on your arms?" Elizabeth asked.
I looked down and away from everyone.
Diane stepped in. "He doesn't want to talk about it guys okay." Diane said.
"Wait do you know what it is?" Everyone asked.
Diane nodded. "Then why can't we know?" Gowther asked.
"Because it's a personal thing Gowther." Said Merlin.
"Oh okay I guess that's is true." Gowther said looking at me with emotionless eyes.
It started creeping me out.
" Gowther can you please not look at me like that?" I ask.
"Okay I guess." Gowther says in his emotionless tone and looks away.
I sighed.
Ban looks at the bandages. "So when did you get injured? We haven't had any fights lately so what happened~" Ban says in the most annoying voice in the world.
"I don't want to talk about it okay?" I said. Everyone looked at me scared. Diane looked at me worried.
She looks at me with a look. I use my mind reading ability.
Do you want to get away from them. Diane thinks.
I nod and she looks confused and she takes me outside with her just leaving everyone confused.
I realize something wrong. "Is anything wrong Diane?" I ask.
"Yeah I'm going to change back soon so can you look away?" Asked Diane.
I blush and say. "Of course."I look away and I hear her changing back to normal size.

Diane Pov
I realize I'm going to change into a giant soon but don't mention it. But King realizes something wrong.
"Is anything wrong Diane?" King asked.
"Yeah I'm going to change back soon so can you look away?" I asked.
I see King blush. "Of course." He looks away.
I change back to a giant and put my clothes on and go back to King.
"You can look now King." I say he turns and smiles.
"Okay. Let's just talk for awhile okay Diane?" King says.
"Sure."I say. We sit down on the grass and he sits beside me.
And then I say something to him. "King?"I say.
He turns to me. "Yes Diane?" He asked.
"You can sit on my shoulder if you want."I say with a smile.
King blushes. "Umm okay." King says and he floats up to me and sits on my shoulder.
We talk for hours

A few hours later~

King Pov
Me and Diane realize it's night.
"Umm I'm going to go to my room okay." I say.
I start to float to the boar hat but Diane grabs me. "No you can stay with me okay?" Diane says.
I blush. "Okay." I lay down beside Diane but then she picks me up and holds me against her cheek.
"Good night King." Diane says.
"Good night Diane." I say smiling.
We quickly fall asleep.
I slip away into dream land of me and Diane being together it was the best sleep I've had in a long time...
