Big happy family

6 months had passed and Rosie was nearly fully grown. She was 30cm long and well trained. She could now get down stairs and would follow me around everywhere.

The twins had turned 2 and Kai was now 9.

Kayden and I were still going strong and so was Liv and Mark an Mikaela and Sam.

Mum and da were good but mum had a bloated belly and was going to the doctor about it. It was the 4 week holidays yippee and my nan and pop were staying with us for 2 weeks.

I took mum to the doctor.

When we got there we were straight in.

"So what's the problem?"

"I'm bloated and I don't know why"

"Well why don't I refer you do get an ultrasound and we will go from there"

"Ok"

We boomed in the ultra sound and the appointment was at 9:15 and it was 9:05 now so I drove straight there.

We had to wait about 5 minutes and then we were in.

They put the gel on her tummy.

"It feels like when I was pregnant with you" mum said.

They examined her tummy.

"Well don't we have some exiting new for you!"

"What would that be?"

"Your having twins!"

"What!?" Mum screamed

"Look on the screen"

And there was two babies.

"But I've already got 4 kids"

"Well now you'll have 6!" The doctor said with a smile.

"How far along am I?"

"6months"

"Oh"

My mum was pregnant with another set of twins at the age of 35. Yes she was 18 when she had me.

The car ride home was quiet.........

When we got home mum went straight into her bedroom and dad followed behind her. I stayed down stairs and played with Rosie. The twins we having there 12:30 nap and Kai was playing with Rosie too.

Nan and pop were down at the beach.

"Do you wanna go for a walk?" I asked Kai

"Ok"

I grabbed Rosie's lead and told mum and dad that we were going for a walk.

We headed out and Kai asked "what's wrong with mum?"

"I'll let her tell you that" I said patting him on the shoulder.

We walked down to the beach and went for a swim. Rosie likes the ocean now so she came in with us and after that she rolled around in the sand.

We headed home after 20 minutes and I went straight upstairs. Mum and dad were talking with nan and pop. I ran a warmish bath for Rosie and washed her to get all of the sand off.

Rosie was also toilet trained so we had a doggy door to the back yard and I had a balcony in my room so we put fake grass on there and a doggy door from in my room onto the balcony.

After I came out of the my room and downstairs Kai was running around saying 'I'm gonna have new brothers or sisters yay' everyone laughed.

Tonight I was supposed to have Liv and Mikaela over for a sleepover and I texted them that I needed to be with mum tonight. I can't imagine what's she's going through.
