Chapter Eight

Her eyes never left the road as she kept looking outside of the window. Her eyes going along with the speed of the car. All she wanted to do was just to see him. See that he is healthy and okay. She hated herself for whatever happened.

After knowing from Hoseok. How her mother went to Jungkook and threatened him to leave. It made her curse at herself for living. All she did was hurt everyone who loves her or who's special to her. 

"Y/n. You know that we will  not go up to him. Just seeing from far away right?" Hoseok's voice brings her back to the reality. Her eyes moving to the boy who was driving the car. Nodding her head she sighs. 

"I can't do anything else other than that. I know my mother has people spying on them even when he has left and it's all because of me." Hoseok clenched his jaw as he heard your little sob. He hated when you would cry. He loved you as a sister and when seeing you like this it would always hurt him. He never want to see you broken and helpless like this. 

"Stop crying. It will be better like this. You know well that your parents would what they want. Going against them will be like saying yes to death." Y/n sniffs as she wiped her tears. Her lip in between her teeth as she thought of the time when they were together. Smiling at each other, hugging, his little kisses on her forehead. She missed him. 

A lot.

Jungkook was drenched in sweat as he was helping his father in the farm. His small bangs sticking to his forehead as he continued getting the food for the cows out. 

"Jungkook son. I have spoken to the principle about your studies. They agreed but you would have to catch up with all the studies." Mr Jeon spoke as he continued his work. Jungkook stopped what he was doing and looked at his father. 

'I'm sure he begged the principle for this.' Jungkook thought as he shook his head in frustration. 

'I'm not going to study further father.'  Jungkook signed as the father stopped and gave a disappointed look. 

"And why is that?" 

'Because I want to start the our old company. I thought about it all night and I am going to do it father. With your help. We both can do everything.'

Mr Jeon chucked at his son's thoughts. This can never happen. The company was shut for so long and no one will help them with the shares. The company was shut because of some rumors which happened years ago. 

Those rumors were the reasons why they had to start from the beginning and go to Seoul. 

"Son... It can't be possible. No one would become our partner with this project. We have no money restart the business." Jungkook shook his head disagreeing with his father. He wanted to start the business and help his parents. Give them all the happiness they deserved. 

'I have a plan father.' Jungkook looked down as if what he was about to do might not seem right. But he had to do it. He has no other way. 

He signed again making Mr Jeon sigh as he nodded. Trusting his son with this. He knows if his son wants to do something. He will do it.

Y/n tried controlling her tears as she saw him. His body working so hard in this hot weather. His eyes were so focused as he helped his father. 

She hated this. 

"You don't deserve this Jungkook."  She chocked on her tears as they were now free from her eyes. Gliding down on rosy cheeks. She turned around not wanting to see the view anymore. 

But when she saw Hoseok right in front of her. Her hands flew up as she hugged his body tighter. "I  hate this. He's going to hate me now."

Hoseok patted her head as he tried calming her down but there was no use. The girl was broken into pieces. Her first love was gone out of her life and she couldn't do anything to stop him because she was danger to him and his family.

2 weeks later 

Her hands were clutching  her dress as she was looking around the place filled with all those rich filthy people. Who were only here to see drama and money. To make deals and meet their new partners. 

It was her engagement today. It was no surprise that this wouldn't happen. Taehyung and her both of them refused the offer when their mother told them but in the end they were both blackmailed. 

Y/n had no other way. She will do anything to keep Jungkook safe and she was getting engaged to Taehyung because she loved Jungkook. 

"Darling your soon to be fiance's family has just arrived. Go greet them." Mrs Lee whispered into her daughter's ear making her shiver. Picking her red gown up she took slow towards the family who seem to catch everyone's attention.

She wasn't interested at all. The make up was doing a great job to hide her sleepless nights and her disagreement with this marriage. 

"Oh Y/n. God you look so beautiful." Mrs Kim spoke as catching everyone's attention including Taehyung and the other girl who was standing next to him. 

"Hello." She bowed showing respect to Mr and Mrs Kim. They all smiled at the girl as Mr Kim introduced the family. 

"Y/n. Meet Jinae. My daughter. Taehyung's Youngest sister and -"

He stopped as he looked around not finding someone he was going to introduce. "Oh where is he?" Taehyung looked at his sister. Waiting for to reply. The girl suddenly blushed. 

"Oh. He just went to the toilet. He will be back soon." Jinae looked towards the hallway which lead to the washrooms . Y/n nodded as she signed them to walk inside. "I will lead you all to the table."

They all smiled as they followed her towards the table in front. Taehyung was walking next to her looking just as not interested as Y/n. 

"Oh here he is!" Jinae said getting Y/n's and Taehyung's attention as they turned around to see a man with a black suit. Walking towards them. 

Y/n's heart fell to the floor as she looked at the man in front of her. Her eyes widening. SHe couldn't believe her eyes.
