Two; The Red and Gold prank

Third Person

The Marauders didn't even acknowledge the presence of the Maraudettes anymore. And that was VERY shocking. But Astoria was beginning to be very distant lately. She rarely went outside anymore and only talked to the girls and her house.

Astoria, surprising as it was, was great friends with all the Slytherins. They didn't mind that she was born with two squibs but was pure blood other than that.

Remus was exactly like Astoria, becoming very distant. No one exactly knew why, but they decided to go with it anyway.

Astoria's POV

Should I tell them? Will they freak out? Yes. I should not tell Remus and his friends that I am a werewolf. "Hello? Earth to Astoria." I was snapped out of my thoughts by Narcissa Black. "Sorry. Just thinking." I apologized.

Bellatrix smiled. "No problem. We were debating if Cissy should finally ask out the Malfoy boy." Cissy (her nickname) blushed a deep color of red and smiled.

"Hmm. I don't think she needs to. Narcissa Malfoy. It fits, kind of like its gonna happen." I went into thought again. "It kind of does. Wow! That's an amazing talent! Who do you think I'll be with?" Bella asked with a worried expression at the end.

I thought. Until it clicked.

"Bellatrix Lestrange."

I saw Bella blush, but quickly hide it. "Ya know what clicks in my mind?" Cissy asked, looking like she was deep in thought.

"Astoria Lupin."

My face paled. Bella had agreed with Cissy, then saw the look on my face. "What, do you like him?" They both giggled.

I opened my mouth to answer but at the same time our other dorm mate Patty Grames came in. I silently thanked the heavens and took this opportunity to go to sleep.

The next day

Like usual, I was up before the rest of my house. I got in my uniform and went to the Great Hall. When I got there I saw the Gryffindores had pranked the Slytherins yet again.

Because I saw in my reflection, I had red and gold hair. I heard someone laughing and I turned to see the Marauders laughing their arses off.

"Not very wise to prank my house boys. We'll get you back." I smirked and ran back to the dungeons. As soon as I got there, I yelled," Be careful! Gryffindore prank!" But I was to late.

Everyone in my common room had red and gold hair.

"Astoria! You and your little group better get them back for this!" I heard Tom Riddle yell. "I will!" I assured them.

I met Lily, Berlin and Cece at the Gryffindore table, where most proud Gryffindores *cough* marauders *cough* hated me sitting. When the girls saw my hair, they couldn't help but laugh.

"Watch your back gurlylanyas. You may just wake up one day with green and black hair." That shut them up. I smiled, but that quickly faded.

"Full moon." My voice was barely audible. "Its alright Tails. None of us have died yet with your little problem." Cece tried comforting me.

Tried.

"Yeah! Paws is right! We'll meet you later. Got to go to classes." Berlin said.

Later that night

It was 11:30 when I met the girls outside the forest. "Wait." Lily said. She pulled out a familiar piece of parchment. "I solemnly swear we'll kill the marauders."

She checked the map to see if anyone was coming. "Potter and his gang are in the shrieking shack. Other than that, its clear. Marauder Managed." The ink blots went away just in time.

We all ran into the forest to my normal changing spot. When I turned, the girls were replaced by a doe, white German Shepard, and a red mouse. In a seconds time I was no longer a human. I was a large wolf with a green stripe over my eye.

Not like most werewolves.

A couple hours later

It was a couple minutes before my change back when I heard it. A twig snapping and a loud, angry howl. I turned to see another werewolf side by side with a stag, bear-like dog, and a small mouse. For a couple seconds we just stared at each other.

Then the other wolf attacked.

It lifted its hand and sent me flying the other way. I watched threw blurry eyes as all the other animals tried to keep back the wolf.

Then I blacked out.

Lily's POV

I watched the other wolf transform into- REMUS!?!?!?!?!?

"What the bloody hell?!" I screamed, once back into human. Cece and Berlin were already at Astoria's side, trying to stop the bleeding. "Well, what the hell were you guys doing in the forest!" Exclaimed Potter.

"Helping Tails's transformation! What about you idiots?!" I yelled back. "The same thing! Right Mooney-" but Potter stopped. I looked at Tails and saw Remus was helping her up.

"I'm so sorry Astoria. Please don't be mad at me. Please, please-" Tails cut him off with something I never thought would happen. She kissed him.
