I was going to the kitchen to grab some water when I saw Lisa. "Oh hi Mia." she said calmly. "Hi." I said back. "Where's Michael?" I asked. "Oh...he's in his office grabbing some things. We're recording today." I nodded and grabbed my water. That woman sometimes...
Michael came downstairs and smiled. "Hi sweetpea. How was your run?" he asked, kissing my cheek.
"It was great baby....and you didnt tell me that Lisa was coming by." I said looking at her.
"Im sorry love, I forgot. We're just going to do some recording and Ill be back as soon as I can." he said. I kissed him and he started to walk out the door.
After 30 minutes of him not being there I got bored and lonely. My mom went back home, and Janet and the family left, so it was just Michael and I. Sometimes he doesnt get home until late. I guess that's how it is when you're married to someone famous.
I decided to go out to Michael's Giving Tree and think about things. I had been down in the dumps lately and I can't figure out why. The doctor says that Im cancer free, which was a relief from Michael, because he didnt like it when I was sick.
My phone rang and it was Lisa.
"Hello?"
"Yea Mia?"
"Yea?"
"I just wanted to tell you that Im sorry for all the drama Ive caused. And I know this call was random, but I just dont want you and Michael hating me anymore. Him and I are both finally happy, so I shouldnt ruin that for all of us."
"Wow Lisa....its alright. No harm done. Im glad you called."
"Me too. Well, I gotta go....we're runnin the song over again. MIchael should be home in a little while. I wont keep him long I swear." she said
"You guys take your time. Ill be fine."
"OK then, see ya later."
"Bye."
I put my phone down and shook my head. What a suprise. I wonder who lit a fire under her butt. I went back into the house and walked past our painting. It sat perfectly on the wall next to Michael's other painting of him looking like a knight in shining armour.
Everytime he come's home he'll stop and look at it, telling me how breathtaking it looks. I've lost count of how many times he's done that.
I miss him so bad so I go up to his office and sit in his chair. Mess around and snoop in his papers. Then I accidently stumble upon a list.

I giggle and put the list down. I've been thinking about having children, but the doctor said I've got to take it easy on my body. I really dont care. I want kids now. Michael and I are ready, and I know that he's gonna be a good daddy. It'll be nice to have a little painter and a little dancer around here.
Just then I got this sick feeling. I jumped up and dashed to the toilet. I barfed a couple more spells and then my body decided to stop. I felt like total shit, so I layed down. I called Janet to see what she was up to.
"Hey girl! What's up?"
"Ugh..Janet I just barfed my brains out. Its too damn early for this shit."
"Is it the chemo?"
"Nah. I stopped days ago."
"When's the last time you and Michael had sex Mia?"
"Janet you're not suggesting..."
"You might be pregnant Mia. OMG IM GOIN TO HAVE ANOTHER NIECE OR NEPHEW! I COMIN OVER THERE NOW!" she squealed.
"Janet dont tell anyone yet. I might not even be..."
"Girl I know a pregnant woman when I hear or see her. Sit tight and Ill be there in a minute!" she said hanging up.
I groaned and flopped my head on the pillow. This is really happening. After an hour of sleep, Janet arrives with a ton of pregnancy tests and my favorite soup. "Alright girl ya know how to do this right?" she asked.
"Yea. I just piss on the stick and wait for the sign to pop up." I said grabbing the stick.
"Well alright! Get in there and create magic, as your husband would say." she winked. I playfully rolled my eyes and limped to the bathroom.
After pissing and waiting, I got my answer. "Janet Im pregnant!" I called out from the bathroom. "AHHHH!!!! MIA'S PREGNANT!!!" Janet said excitedly. I came out and giggled. "We have to confirm it by the doctor. Let's go!"
"Wait, don't we need an appointment?" I asked
"Hell no. Let's just go." she said grabbing my hand. We arrived at the doctors office and we sat in the room waiting for him to come back in.
The doctor walked back in with a happy grin. "Congradulations Mia. You're having a baby." he said. Janet and I screamed like a couple of idiots. I was so happy and excited to tell Michael.
"Now you come back for a check up. We've also gotta get you started on the prenatal vitamins. Take it easy and eat healthy. We want a healthy delivery." he said smiling and walking out the door.
"Oh shit girl we gotta tell Michael." Janet said
"I know. I wanted to wait until he got home."
"Fine by me. We can go grab a bite and hang out. I know you must be bored in that house all day."
"You mean Neverland? No one gets bored at Neverland." I joked.
"Come on girl!" she said laughing.
I can't believe I was having a baby. This is one of the best days of my life.
