Since the series is relatively new I don't have much information about the characters. So I'm going to make up some info about them and write it as canon FOR NOW, if I'm wrong, I'll stop using these.
NOI:
- His height is 5'7 (I assume they're all fully grown)
- Growing up he had problems making friends
- Somewhat bullied for being 'wimpy'
RHYS:
- His height is 5'11
- Growing up he was praised for being wise and smart
- Compares himself to others which helps him keep a level head
PEIRCE: (I'm gonna struggle with writing using this boy)
- His height is 6'0
- Sometimes has trouble picking up social cues
- Doesn't know how to solve problems so he settles for being good at listening to them
LEIF:
- His height is 6'1
- Somewhat of a dunce doesn't really care
- Has trouble knowing when enough is enough and takes jokes too far
ASCH:
- His height is 5'10 1/2
- Very high ego and sees everyone beneath him (not really a headcannon though)
- Mega trust problems and jumps to conclusions very easily
AVA: (YES I WILL WRITE FOR HER! I LOVE HER)
- Her height is 5'0 3/4 (still short but taller than Aphmau, I want to make her feel a little more different)
- Talks with a little mumble and it's sometimes hard to understand what she's saying
- Faint very easily and when disturbed gets extremely paranoid
