"So Poll, I see you're dressing up. Is it for Mr. Wonderful?" I asked sarcastically. I was sitting on my pink bed and the pastel colors of my room surrounded me. I had pictures of me and my friends everywhere. I had been close with my older sister, Polly, since we were young.
I wasn't out of diapers yet when our dad died. It had been Charles, Polly, Mom, and I. Charles is the oldest and is an FBI agent. He lives with mom to make sure her stress hasn't killed her yet. Mom is a Journalist and is also a meditation class teacher. She works a lot. I am a Senior in high school and I have a lot of friends. I'm really happy. Polly is in a English Mayor and has this boyfriend she never shuts up about.
"He's taking me to this really fancy restaurant. It had seafood, bread and oil, and had champagne." Polly smiled. This was the most annoying video chat ever.
"You're not even old enough to drink."
"Give it a year...Anyways, when are you going to find a boyfriend?" Polly asked. I rolled my eyes.
"I don't have time for boys, Polly. What's Mr. Perfect's name again?"
"His name is Jughead Jones. You guys will get along really well. I can't believe I'm coming home in a week! Jughead's really excited."
"Woah, woah, wait. You're bringing Mr. Wonderful with you? I don't want to be around him." I groaned.
"It'll just be for the summer. May 31 all the way to September 3. It'll be just fine and you need to relax." Polly smiled. She looked over away from me and I saw Jughead come up to the camera from her laptop.
"Oh, hi little Cooper." He smiled. He kissed Polly's cheek. He then kissed her and they started to make out in front of me. I scoffed and shut my laptop. I seriously hate him and I've hardly talked to him. Polly never shuts up about him on the phone. That he was wanting to be a Journalist and travel the world. That's how I came up with his names. He's Mr. Perfect or Mr. Wonderful. This was going to a not-so-spectacular summer.
