Chapter Eight

"No,dad." I cried. "Baby,I'm so sorry." "No,no he can't be." "I will give you some time to process this. Please call me later. I love you so much." He choked. "I love you too." I let my phone fall,burying my face in my arms. I cleaned my face off,taking a deep breath. Grabing my phone,I straightened out my clothes. "I'll see you guys down there." "Lex,wait." I didn't stop. My whole world around me seemed to be collapsing,and I was right in the middle of it. That night we had a show dedicated to Roddy. The following weeks were horrible. We had Roddy's service. I went home to stay with my dad for a week. This Monday I was back to work. I walked into the arena with my bag over my shoulder. I made my way to the Diva's locker room. "Please tell me you didn't do that." I over heard Paige say. "It's not like I wanted it to happen,it just did. I feel terrible." AJ said. "You know you're going to have to tell her,right?" "Yeah.." "Tell who what?" I smiled,walking around the corner. "Lexy! Your back!" Paige smiled,hugging me tightly. "What have I missed?" I asked,letting my bag fall. AJ looked down,playing with the bottom of her shirt. I saw Paige elbow her. "Tell her." She mouthed. "Okay,what is it?" "I kissed Jon. I was drunk,and I tried sleeping with him,but he didn't want any part of it. I'm so sorry,Lex." She said. "So I leave for a week to go be with my grieving dad,and so I can grieve as well over the loss of one of his best friends,and this is what I get?! I can't believe you!" I growled. I picked up my bag,and shoved passed her. I didn't bother letting the guys know I was back,they would know soon. I trained up until it was time for me to get ready for my promo. I decided to change my look up a bit. I went to hair and make up,having them transform my look. The girls curled my hair,and did sexy make up. I received new ring gear. It was a lace harness top,and short bottoms. My shoe choice was a pair of black converse with ankle socks.

Maryse and AJ were out doing a promo that I planned on interrupting. "You have something I want. So we can either come to an agreement,or come Summerslam,I tear it out of your cold bloody hands!" Maryse yelled at AJ. "You see here,Maryse. There isn't one Diva back there that can take this from me. None of you are strong enough!" I rolled my eyes watching this from backstage. "Ladies! As much as we would all love to see you fight in a pool of Jello. We are trying to have a match here." Jon stated. "I'm sure you would-" I cut them off by making my appearance. I stood at the entrance,smiling at the fans cheered for me. "Ladies,ladies,ladies. You two are ridiculous. Maryse,any of these diva's could take you with their pinky toe. And Aj,no one can beat you? Really? I think I have enough fuel in my fire to take you right here right now. And Jon,sweetheart. Keep it in your pants." I smirked. "What is wrong with you?! I thought we were friends,now you're threatening my title?! You deceitful bitch!" AJ Screamed. "Me? While I was gone,you were trying to shove your tongue down Jon's throat! How's that for friendship,AJ?" "You know what? You're pathetic." She smirked. She threw down her mic,jumping up on Jon,making out with him. I ran for the ring,sliding in. I pulled her onto the mat by her hair. I set her up for dirty deeds,only to be speared by Maryse. I jumped back up,clothes lining them both.

I stared at the boys,who were looking at me,dumbfounded. "I'll see you bitches at Summerslam!" I yelled into the mic,letting it fall. Walking backstage,I got a lot of smiles,and some glares. I went to my dressing room,changing into jeans and a tank top. As I was zipping up my bag there was a loud knock on my door. I was met with three angry men. "Look,I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys I was back,but it obviously didn't matter since neither of you checked up on me while I was gone. And you're out making out with one of my best friends. I'm going out. I'm going out,and I'm having fun." I crossed my arms. "You're right. We're sorry,beaut. But we figured you'd like the space." Colby sighed. "Yeah,we're really sorry. Aren't we,Jon?" Joe elbowed him. "Ow. Yeah." Jon was staring at me,I did everything in my power to not look at him. "We will meet you guys later." Joe stated,pulling Colby away with him. "What,Jon?" "Do you want to tell me why you're really mad at me,or just continue with this lie?" "You know how I feel,and you don't care. I would have done anything for you. You wouldn't kiss me when I was drunk,but you'll kiss AJ? I don't need to be treated that way." "You don't get it,do you? I have such respect for you,I hold you to a higher standard than most. You don't get what I'm feeling,and you don't care too." He glared. "You've never tried to talk to me. You just blow me off,and come back to me when you want." "I'll see you later." He walked out. I grabbed my things,heading for my hotel room. Once inside,I pulled out my new tight wrangler jeans,and my new sexy top that I didn't need a bra for. I slipped them on,fixing my hair and make up one last time. I threw some money and my ID in the back of my phone,heading to the club. As soon as I walked in,I was met with Superstars and Diva's everywhere. I walked up to the bar,waiting for the bartender. "Hey there,gorgeous. What can I get you?" "Can I have a strong Jack and Coke,please?" He made it for me,handing it to me with a smile. "How much do I owe you?" "Nothing,darlin'. You have a good night." He winked,walking away. I smirked,sipping on my drink. "What are you drinking?" Becky smiled,grabbing my drink. "Holly hell,mate. That's strong." She smiled,handing it back to me. "Where are the boys?" Paige asked. "I have no idea. Jon and I got into a fight. I'm trying to have a good time." I shrugged. "Just tell him you love him,and get it over with." Paige smirked. "But kick some ass first." She pointed to Jon and AJ. I smirked,downing my drink,ordering another,and a shot that the bartender gladly gave me. He "accidentally" made me an extra Jack and Coke that was very strong. "There's my girl." Becky smirked. "Becks." "Yeah?" "It's time to play the game." I smirked. "It's about fucking time." She smirked,following me. I enjoyed talking to some people,and dancing with friends. Becky,Paige and I were dirty dancing together,when a very drunk stranger came over and started dancing with us,and the bartender made sure I never went without a drink. The stranger pulled me in close,my backside to his front. I caught Jon glaring at me,he was pissed off,but had a very drunk and eager AJ glued to his side. I smiled,knowing he was watching me. I thanked the stranger for the dance,finishing my drink. I looked up just in time to see AJ's lips on Jon's. "Lex,don't." Paige growled. I walked over to them,shoving them apart,grabbing the nearest superstar,planting a kiss on his lips. I pulled away,looking into the eyes of Randy. "Thanks big guy." I smiled,walking away. "What the fuck!" Jon yelled. "Lex,you better go. Now." Colby said. "I didn't do a thing wrong. He kissed someone else,so can I." I slurred. "Fuck." Joe pulled me up to the counter. "Another one,gorgeous?" He smiled. "Yes." "No! Are you crazy? A water! She needs lots of water." He came back slamming three waters down on the table. "Hey tough guy,you have bread? She needs some. Now." He came back with some toast and another water. The guys made me drink and eat to sober me up a bit. "What is with you?" Joe asked. "He's fucking with me,Joe! Don't you get it?!" "Okay,and you're still drunk." "Fuck off,Colbs." I growled. "He's playing a game. And you decided to play along tonight,and just fueled his fire even more. "He's with her again,isn't he?" I started to turn around. "Don't. I'm trying to spare your feelings." Joe sternly said. I pulled his arm away,looking his direction,just to see him and AJ getting very comfortable and dancing closely. "Get her a damn drink." Colby sighed. Joe ordered her a drink. "You're going to need this." I drank it in one drink. "Thanks boys. I'm going back to the hotel." "How? There's no way in hell you're driving." "I can walk. I'll be okay. You guys go and enjoy the rest of the night. I'm going to have one more shot and go." They nodded,walking away. I drank some water instead of a shot,and got up to walk away. As I started walking away,AJ,Maryse,and Charlotte stood in front of me. "Stay away from us and Jon. He's mine now,you whore!" AJ screamed in my face. "Please,let's not do this right here right now." "What are you going to do? There's three of us,and one of you." As almost on que,Paige and Becky walked up behind me. "It's okay girls." I said. "I knew you would puss out. You little bitch." I looked back at them,and they rolled their eyes. "I'll look away for 5 seconds,Lex. That's all I'm giving you." Paige said. "That's all I need." I turned back around,kneeing Charlotte in the stomach,grabbing Maryse and AJ by the back of their heads,slamming them together. AJ jumped up,jumping on my back,punching my head. I shoved her into the bar stool,and she fell to the ground. "What the hell happened to 5 seconds?" I said. "You totally had it." They let out a laugh. I grabbed my phone,walking past the guys,and a very pissed off Jon. I over heard their conversation a bit. "If you're going to destroy her more,than just leave her alone,Jon!" Joe hissed. "Just let me do this!" He yelled.
