I wake up the next morning, the sun hitting my face through the window. I sit up and stretch. I look over and realize that Ben is gone. "Right." I mumble. I get out of bed and go down the stairs. I make myself some porridge. I sit at the table, scrolling through Instagram. I eat my breakfast. "Alright. I'm going to get dressed and take Rocco for a walk. Then, I'm going to go to the market and buy some groceries. Then, I'll practice guitar for a bit. Get Roger to drop of my keyboard." I go through my list out loud. I go up the stairs and get on a pair of black leggings and a black cotton t-shirt. I slip on a pair of trainers and hook Rocco up to his lead. I lock the door behind me, before walking to Hyde Park. I feel someone tap on my shoulder. "Can I help you?" I say, whipping my head around. "Sorry." Matt says. "Matty!" I shout happily, hugging him. "How's it?" He asks. "Good. How've you been?" I answer. "Good. Who's this?" He asks, squaring down to pet Rocco. "His name's Rocco." I smile. "Hello there, Rocco." Matt pats his head before standing. "Well, I should go." He says, dusting off his trousers. "Okay. I'll talk to you later." I wave at him, as he walks away. Rocco and I finish our walk and go back home. I unhook Rocco from his lead and I leave to go to the market. I buy the groceries I need and go back home. I text Roger and ask him if he can bring my piano keyboard. I grab my guitar from its stand and sit on a chair outside. "All in all, the clock is slow. Six coloured pictures all in a row... of a marigold." I sing Marigold by Nirvana. A knock at the door, snaps me out of my musical state. I stand and walk to the front door. I open the door to reveal my smiling brother. "It's in the car." He says. "Thanks." I smile. "How's the baby?" He asks, as we walk to his car. "Good." I turn to him. "My baby sister is pregnant." He grins widely at me, his arm slinging around my neck. "You just realized this?" I tease. "No, but I'm still in shock." He sighs. "Me too. I didn't think I would ever escape Levi." I sigh sadly. "But you did and you got the coolest dude ever." Roger reassures me. "I did, didn't I? Man, I miss him." I say, my head hanging low. "Where is he?" He asks, stopping at his trunk. "Paris. He's at the Fashion Week thing. I don't know." I shrug. He pops open the trunk. I grab the black and white keyboard and he grabs the stand. We walk into the house. "Right over there." I say, pointing to an empty spot next to my guitar stand. He places the stand and I place the keyboard on top. I plug the keyboard into the electrical socket. "Thanks, Rog." I hug my brother. "No problem, Pay." He hugs me back. "I'll talk to you later." He says, leaving the house. I sit down on a chair. I start playing Love of My Life. "Love of my life. You've hurt me. You've broken my heart and now you leave me." I sing. My phone rings. I pick it up. "Afternoon, Benjamin." I say playfully. "Afternoon, my love. How's your day been so far?" Ben's voice makes me smile. "Good. I took Rocco for a walk, went to the market and got some groceries and Rog brought my keyboard." I tell him about my day. "Awesome. Rami and I toured the city today. We're going to one of the fashion shows tonight." He says. "Sounds like fun. I miss you." I say, standing from the chair. "I miss you too, angel. It's Tuesday, yeah?" He asks. "Yeah." I answer. "That means I'll see you in five days." He states. "Five days. That's so long." I sigh. "They'll pass by fast, I promise." He states. "Love, I gotta go. I'll call you later. I love you." He adds. "I love you too." I say, hiding my sadness. I hang up and drop my phone on the sofa. "Ice cream." I say out loud. I walk to the kitchen and open the freezer. I find a pint of mint-chocolate chip ice cream. "Thank God, there are more pints." I mutter. I grab the pint and sit on the sofa. I scroll through Netflix until I find Big Hero 6. I eat the ice cream and cry my heart out. My phone rings. "Hey, angel!" Ben's voice chimes through the phone. "Hey, baby." I sniffle. "What's wrong, love?" His voice becomes soft. "I just watched a Disney movie, like an idiot. I ate three pints of mint-chocolate chip ice cream too." I wipe the tears from my cheeks. Ben's laugh makes me smile. "Don't cry, angel." He says soothingly. "I'm going to wear one of your jumpers to sleep." I state. "That's fine, love. I'll call you tomorrow. Sweet dreams." Ben says. "You too, baby. I love you." I smile. "I love you too, angel." He hangs up the phone. I stretch and follow Rocco up the stairs to the bed room. I slip on a pair of comfortable silk light pink pyjama shorts and Ben's jumper. I go into the bathroom and brush my teeth and remove my make up. I wash my face and use a acne preventing face wipe. I tie my hair up into a messy bun. I smack my cheeks lightly and yawn. I get into bed and pull the duvet over my shoulders. Rocco snuggles up to my bump and rests his head on it. I close my heavy eyelids and fall asleep.
