Chapter 1: Don't Mess With Shouyou

It's that time again, the autumn tournament is soon, and team Karasuno needed to practice. They decided to have practice with their destined rivals from Nekoma, having not seen them since last year's spring tournament. The third years of last year have already retired, with Enoshita now being Karasuno's captain and Fukunaga being Nekoma's. Kozume was actually offered the position of captain, but declined due to his laziness and irresponsibility.

Speaking of the pudding head, he actually came out of the closet earlier that school year. Now the whole Nekoma team knows he's bisexual and has a boyfriend. That boyfriend of his is the one and only Shouyou Hinata, Karasuno's no.10, who is feared by all of Japan thanks to his almost inhuman jump, speed and stamina. They haven't been able to go on many dates, with the large distance between Miyagi and Tokyo separating them, but they made up for it by constantly texting each other and many FaceTime chats.

The practice was in Karasuno high, rather than in Nekoma high, since the away games would be in Tokyo as well, and Takeda didn't want to drag all of Karasuno's volleyball team to Tokyo every time. It all went really well. Some matches were won by Karasuno, some by Nekoma, and by evening, everyone was tired. However, one thing that stood out to Nekoma's main setter was Tsukishima. Not because he's hot or anything like that, but because of the way he treated Hinata. With Kageyama at least, Kenma figured they were just silly buddies being silly, but Tsukishima... Was particularly mean with his comments about the redhead. It angered Kenma a lot.

It was a little bit after dinner time, it has been agreed that Nekoma will stay over tonight and the night after, so that they could get more practice done, and to strengthen the bond between the teams. Kenma put his head on Shouyou's thighs, acting somewhat like a cat. Despite his very cute actions and innocent appearance, he actually planned how he would make the glasses guy pay for his words, or at the very least do something to make him stop.

Everyone stayed within Karasuno school grounds, in a camping sort of way, like they did last year in Tokyo. Everyone was outside, since the weather was very nice. Everyone was also very noisy, and so the tall blond decided to go to bed. Planning on using this opportunity where Kei would be alone, Kenma excused himself to the bathroom and sadly had to leave his comfy place on his lover's thighs.

It didn't take long to catch up to the dinosaur lover, since he took his time walking to the shower room. Once caught up, Tsukishima looked at the shorter male confused. "What are you doing? Don't you have better things to do than stalk me, like maybe being with the idiot shrimp you love so much?" He asked, not forgetting to insult his least favorite teammate one way or another while doing so.

The shorter male stayed silent for a few moments, trying to think his words properly before saying anything. While doing so, he kept following the blond. "If you have nothing to say, leave." He said bluntly, Kozume's odd behavior making him uncomfortable. "Say..." Kenma finally spoke. "Why do you insult Shouyou so much? He didn't hurt you in any way, so why are you mean to him?"
