"So Louis, we hear from sources that you were seen getting cozy with a particular beautiful brunette, at the Aisling. Mind elaborating on that?"
Wow that interviewer is blunt. But he was supposed to ask that. He took the bait management set out, by making us meet at the Aisling, where only exclusive paps were allowed.

I watch Louis smile at the interviewer. Its probably a fake smile and he looks slightly tense. I thought he was a pretty good actor...what happened to that? No one is going believe he likes this girl -me- at this rate.

I watch on TV over dinner what is supposed to be the interview where Louis drops hints at there being a potential girlfriend.

The story management had come up with was not too shabby. Quite smart actually.

"Yeah..well," Louis scratches his head a little, playing off as shyness, "it's a friend of Harry's, they knew each other since long ago from Holmes chapel Cheshire and well, thought that it'd be a good idea to meet her and just you know, be friends and stuff."

"And stuff?" The interviewer smiles at Louis slyly. The rest of the boys try to look interested and it isn't hard, but they are very hyper-aware of Louis' reactions and words.

Louis looks slightly flustered now, and Harry is looking at him in slight concern, smiling nervously from across the sofa. "Yeah well, she's a good friend of Harry's and she's a lovely girl and he kind of set us up for a date, so I thought why not." Louis' slightly red face and strained smile almost convinced me that he was just feeling shy and embarrassed. He was probably just feeling bad for lying to the whole world.

"Ooh la la, so, Harry here set you guys up? That is rather interesting." The interviewer's girly side was showing. He leaned forward, his eyes shining, like he was receiving the greatest scope ever. Oh right. He was. "So...the Larry ship has sunk?" His wide white smile was blinding even to me and I was watching him on TV.

Louis' head snapped to the interviewer. I...the vein on his neck popped out. I don't know about Louis, but that usually was an indication of anger and I'm sure the fans who watch the boys very closely and obsessively and know practically what every little gesture from the boys meant, will be quick to pick that up. They showed a close-up of him, not showing the rest of the boys and then zoomed out and focused on Harry who, from that angle, seemed to be looking down at the ground and smirking or something. His dimples could be seen but he wasn't looking at the camera or any of the boys. Zayn casually put an arm around his shoulder with a nuetral expression.

"Well, of course not!" Louis said in a fake exasperated voice. "I love Harry, he's my best friend and he will always be." He gave Harry a quick glance, who looked at him that same moment with a smile on his face.

"So Harry, this girl is from your hometown? You guys known each other long?" The interviewer directs the next questions towards Harry, who was trying to smile with his lips on a tight line. Oh...management did tell me during the meeting that he was a horrible liar and an even worse actor. It was obvious he was gathering his wits to answer without his voice quivering. The boys cast glances at him, their faces unreadable.

"I honestly don't think she's going to appreciate so much publicity, especially after she's just met Louis. Don't wanna scare her off yet ya'know?" Harry chuckled a little nervously as he finally answered.

"Ah, yes you're probably right, Harry. But let's get her used to it, she's going to have to get used to this pretty soon." He was persistent. But luckily he addressed Louis now. That's what management wanted, for Louis to give every little information, Harry not speaking up about it at all. "So Louis, did you enjoy the date? Do we break thousands of girls' hearts out there by announcing your status as 'taken'?"
