Zakiah POV 2 years ago, Cameron cheated on me. It's been 2 years since I loved, 2 years since I was heart broken, 2 years since I've let my guard down. I don't know Kaiden very well but he's different. That kiss on the cheek made my stomach flutter. I haven't felt that in a while, I thought smiling to my self. I make sure to lock my door then head on to bed. ________________________ I woke up by the alarm on my phone going off, the times reads 8:00am. I turn it off and lay in bed starring at the ceiling for a while. Thinking back to the kiss Kaiden gave me last night. It was probably just a harmless kiss Zakiah, don't get your hopes up, I say swinging my legs over to the side getting up. I have a class that starts at 9:30 so I better start getting ready. I grab the keys to my car and head off to campus. _________________ Now my car was my baby. I saved every penny I earned for 3 years to get it. Well with a little help from my brother of course but I still worked hard. It was a white 2019 Toyota Camry, ughhh I love it so much. I stopped by my local coffee shop to get a breakfast sandwich and of course coffee. I then pulled up into the campus parking lot, grabbed my books and headed off to my class. Blasting in my AirPods was "Hit Different" by the queen herself, Sza. I then felt a tug on my arm. "Now who da hell-", I started saying but stopped when I was met by those warm eyes belonging to Kaiden. "My bad, I was calling your name back there but I seen you had ya headphones in" he said smiling. "Oh it's cool, I forget I'm around people sometimes" I said with a chuckle. "So where you going?" He asked. "I'm heading to class" I said raising up my books. "Yea I see that but which one" he said with a smirk. I felt my face get a hot. "Ohhh ye-yea I'm going to English" I said stuttering. I mentally face palm, bitch get it together. "Lemme walk you there then" he says grabbing the books from my hands. He didn't even wait for me to answer. "Naw it's coo-" I was cut off by him already walking. I sigh and just laugh at this actions. He doesn't take no for an answer does he? _______________ Kaiden's POV

It's something about her. She ......interest me in ways I don't fully understand. At first I thought she would just be a quick fuck. I'm not the most loyalist guy, ima tell you that straight up. I want her but I don't want to hurt her. Walking Zakiah to her class I couldn't help but stare. The sun glistening on her smooth dark skin was breathtaking. I know she could feel me staring but I didn't care. She mushed my head to the side and said "moveee" laughing. I shook my head and chuckled. She stuck with me I don't care. We got to her class in less than 5 mins, "Thanks for walking me here, you didn't have to" she said. I smiled and gave her the books back. "No problem ma, I wanted to" I said. She smiled in response. "Well....see you later" she said turning and walking away but i tugged on her arm causing her to turn back around. Pulling her closer, I looked at her for a while then kissed her cheek. "See you later Zakiah" I said walking away. After I walked back to the parking lot and I got on my motorcycle and left campus. I have no classes today so I decided to the studio. I needed to edit some pics I took anyways. ______ I was at the studio finishing up, when I heard a ding from my phone. Leeann🥴: Hey boo, wyd Now before y'all judge me, I'm single.
