Chapter 2

Diamond POV.

We got to the mall and Kay started dragging me into different shops. Buying me all sorts of things, jeans, sneakers, tank tops and all that.

3 hours later we left the mall, carrying way to many bags from different shops.

We piled in the car with Ori driving, Kay in shotgun and Max and I at the back.

"So" Max begun, " I asked Kyle to search a few things up for me, concerning Darren. From the research it shows he is quite a fuck boy."

"Oh?" Ori's eyebrows rose.

"Yes, he sleeps around and is attracted to anything that has a vagina."

Kay burst out laughing.

"So, what is the plan? How do we make him fall for Di?"

The question was answered with silence. Finally Ori spoke up.

"I know their type, they are either attracted to girls who are too sweet for this world and don't know how to take care of themselves bit have a mouth that will one day get them killed, or, complete badasses." He concluded.

"Max, which one is the best option to go for?"

"Well, both are good options to go for. Di can manage both but given her upbringing I would suggest that she goes with bad ass. In case she gets found doing something a good girl isn't supposed to do." He smirked.   "I, for one, would love to see our precious Diamond acting bad, wouldn't you?" His eyebrows rose.

His question was met with grunts of approval from both Kay and Ori.

Then they turned to me. Smirks on their faces. I raised an eyebrow.

"We are gonna have some fun with you" Ori said.

We had just arrived from the mall and I was putting my stuff in my room when I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in!"

Kayden came in and sat on my bed. I cocked a brow giving him a go ahed to speak.

He shook his head smiling.

"I can't believe that you're going to school, to be honest, no one saw this day coming. For obvious reasons."

I laughed. Yes, one of them being I know everything a grown man knows.

"Don't worry I'll make you proud" I whispered, fake tearing up.

"Di?"

"Mmm?" I turned to look at the door which Kyle was filling up. His 6'5 was towering over me.

"I wanna go over some things with you quickly, you are starting school in a week."

"Sure," I nodded, walking to him.

He turned to me with an unreadable expression on his face.

"Di, I'm so proud of you," he wiped away a fake tear from his eye dramatically. "Now, for this I want you to know everything, cause you do, but act like you don't know. At school don't raise your hand for any question, only answer when the teacher chooses you to do so. Also if the teacher makes a mistake correct him, rudely."

He gave me a hug." Don't worry, you'll do fine."

I smiled at him before turning to leave.

"Di!"

I turned to see Nathan jogging to me. I turned to him when he stopped right infront of me.

"Always look bored, pretend you don't give a fuck. Also swear like a sailor."

"Thanks Nate" I smiled at him. Giving him a quick hug before going I to my room.

Kay was still on my bed, leaning against the headboard on his phone.

He raised his head to meet me, sighing deeply he stood up walking to me. He placed his hands on my shoulder, squeezing them slightly.

"Remember all those posture and etiquette rules I told you to follow?" I nodded. "Don't use those, slouch as much as you like."

I took in a shaky breath. My family was putting so much pressure on me.

You can do this Di, you can do this.

"Hey, look at me," Kay's finger lifted my head to look at him, "you can do this ok, you are Diamond. My Diamond."

I nodded slightly, before pulling him into a hug.

"You are femme fatale, you can do this." He rubbed my back soothingly.

Max barged though the door just as I was pulling away.

"Di, dad wants you."
