Bidding farewell to Hae-won and thanking her for her time, I leave headed back to the Mad Hatter.

Y/n's (Narrative)

1 hour earlier

Whilst waiting for the White Rabbit's return, the Mad Hatter suggested me to stay the night in their windmilled house. Accompanied by himself, the March Hare, the Dormouse, the White Rabbit and Namjoon. It was uncomfortable to stay the night in a strangers place, but I was exhausted and didn't have a place to stay.

You simply agreed. As Namjoon kindly transported you. When he opened the door, a hiss of steam escaped, smelling of sugarplum biscuits and hot sweet tea due to the different baking and brewing activities the Mad Hatter does. Doors of different sizes and colors climbed up all the walls. A bright yellow door on the ceiling opened, and the Mad Hatter leaned out.

Even upside down, his coloured top hat remained firmly on his large head.

"Mi casa es su casa. Make yourselves at home~" He greeted.

He fell out the door, landing on a huge cushion on the floor. He hopped up and, in his stockinged feet, leaped like a gazelle through the house and into the kitchen. Namjoon followed placing you on the wooden counter.

"Excuse me." You asked. "Where is the bathroom?"

Hoseok looked at me, realizing the time. 30 minutes left.

"Oh yes i forgot. You need to go to the Bathroom as soon as possible before the potion wears off." He said carrying you quickly into the bathroom, leaving you alone and closing the door behind him.

"Your room is the black door on the right." He yelled from behind the door.

*••••••••••*••••••••••*••••••••••*

You checked the clock placed on top of the mirrror.

1 minute left.

You waited patiently for it to end, suddenly your stomach started to feel queasy. Your surrounding started to get smaller and smaller, looking at the mirror your body returned to its original size thankfully.

But where in the world are my clothes!

Before panic settled into your system someone knocked on the bathroom door. Leaving a little gap, in which a hand thrusted clothes into your face.

"Here wear these! The dress was made specifically for you!" Jungkook said nervously while tightly shutting his eyes.

"T-thank you." You answered, grabbing the clothes and shutting the door. After you had finished; You timidly emerged outside, making everyone gawp at your beauty.

"You look gorgeous." Namjoon said, looking at you in awe.

You blush shyly. Cheeks are suddenly kissed pink like a spring rose, the blooming colour so cute against your skin. You look away and find a distraction on the dress, brushing off the invisible dirt that doesn't need it.

Namjoon hangs back, allowing her time to compose herself, fighting back the smile that wants to break out. What happens next he's going to want to remember for a long time, so while his gaze is soft he doesn't drop his eyes for a moment.

The White Rabbit coughs, making Namjoon avert his eyes towards the window. The Moon had already taken over the Sun, rising at its highest point.

"Oh my time has ran fast. Must be from all the fun we had. Better get to bed we've got a big day tomorrow." Jungkook says yawning to stretch his arms in the air, heading towards a red door. The rest nodded in agreement, heading towards different directions.

You opened the unusual black door which was told to be your bedroom for the night. Stepping in you realized everything was upside down, causing you to fall on the ceiling that is the floor. Whilst the floor was the ceiling- confusing I know. What to do? This is the world called Wonder- Land after all.

The Moonlight shone through the curtains windowsill, showing its beauty in the night. Pushing away the curtains that hid the light, little crunching of grass can be heard not so far away. My eyes followed the sound; leading my gaze towards Namjoon who sneaked out the backdoor.

Where is he going in the middle of the night? And what is he going to do at this time?

Being the adventurous person you were, meant following him and investigating what he's doing at such a time. Climbing off the window, which thankfully didn't dangle from 20 feet. Easily stepping into the ground below silently following him to the unknown location.

It was a quick walk till he finally had stopped, sitting on hill. He gazed up at the starry night that loomed above, pretty enough to ignite the heart of any nature's child. Smiling whilst his gradient blue hair flowing gracefully blending in with the night sky; his body sat amongst the dark green grass dancing with the wind. Not noticing your presence.

"Hey Joonie." You said walking towards him smiling. He jumped slightly, startled by the sudden encounter. He didn't think you would be here.

"Oh Y/n. What are you doing here at this hour?" He asked suprised.

"I could say the same to you."

"Haha well... I didn't feel like sleeping thats all. I don't usually get company." He replied rubbing the back of his neck shyly. You giggled at his response, sitting down beside him.

"What about you?"

"Ah... I felt the same." You lied, you did not want him to find out you followed him here; I mean he might think I was some kind of stalker or a spy. That is understandable considering what i had did but it was merely an act of curiosity...

"I'm guessing you come here often. Considering the fact that you said you don't usually get company." You remarked looking towards him.

"Yes. I do every night. I guess you could say I was born to chase the moonlight." He responded. "I come here to gaze up at the night sky. I know nothing with any certainty, but at the sight of the stars makes me dream."

Namjoon's (P.O.V)

"Yes. I do every night. I guess you could say I was born to chase the moonlight." I responded. "I come here to gaze up at the night sky. I know nothing with any certainty, but at the sight of the stars makes me dream."

Looking at the stars, she whispered.

"They look tiny and shiny but are huge and fierce."

And so was she...

I thought, grinning to myself as she pointed up at the collection of constellations and bright balls of light.

Talking to her felt calming, knowing that someone understood me in this mad world. Her lips quirked upwards in a joyous smile. She had a smile that makes you feel happy about being alive just a bit more human.

That smile is the prettiest thing I've seen in a while.
