trigger warning: profanity
BLANK SPACE
One unpredictable event sometimes could ruin your entire fucking plan without notice if you don't have any back-up plan to begin with. That's what Chaeyoung thought at the moment. Her summer was entirely ruined. And it's not just a plan, it was her childhood bucket list that she finally make it happen fifteen years later. She must admit, being a twenty-four to do a five-year-old activity was just a bunch of bullshit, but that was amazing if it weren't for the guy who wears nothing but shorts and straw hat.
Chaeyoung strongly approved when her dearest friend sent her winks, acknowledging the fact that he was indeed as hot as a baked potato. Yet that does not mean that he could have easily barged into her well-established plan and completely stomped it in his bare two feet. Should she add that they covered in mud?
She was boiling, feet running towards the man who just walked off easily after reading her summer plan with obnoxious laugh. She charged him and when he finally heard her growls he started to run. She caught onto his pants first. She threw him her very first punch to his left jaw in her whole twenty-year-old self, and how she left feeling so satisfied. She felt an electrifying buzz running from her joints but she couldn't careless because Seokjin had to pay the price.
He stumbled at that, jaw clenching as his hands tried to reduce pain after the contact. "Who do you think you are?! You can't just give me a glance and snatch my thing and throw them like nothing. Apologize now!" Chaeyoung screamed at the top of her lungs in the middle of the backyard of her nana's house. She couldn't care less if her nana heard her cursing out her neighbors loudly at ten in the morning. The guy definitely deserved that.
Seokjin looked at her incredulously then scoffed, "you call that a summer bucket list? So dull. And you don't know who I am? What a brat." Seokjin had his smug smile and stared at a perplexed Chaeyoung.
The thing she remembered before slamming her bedroom door was she slapped his face hard (and yes, his right cheek so his left brain could balance out the remaining braincells) before running at turbo speed and crying her heart out for the entire week.
At Friday, Chaeyoung regained her pride back and reassured herself that she could rewrote all of the things in that paper as far as she could recall. She determined to finish all the activity in the remaining days. Only if she could remember.
She didn't. So, she spent the day counting rocks at the nearest stream and played with her dogs, Hank, instead.
The next morning, when she played catch with Hank, she heard footsteps leading to where she was, and there he is, standing tall with his slacks and straw hat, again. Does he think he's that hot? She threw him a nonchalant glance as she looked elsewhere but his presence.
He probably noticed this because in the next seconds, he took the stick that she used for playing with Hank and threw it to the stream as Hank excitedly barked away. At least, the stick was not too far away from them and Hank was trained to bravely put itself in the water. Her eyes moved along the stick and stuck with it, not entirely sure why his presence alone was so annoying the life out of her yet she didn't do anything about it. Maybe she was just too disappointed at him for giving a very bad impression on her first summer break after such a long time. And he was a stranger too!
She felt a hand was given out to her in front of her face. A sudden sign of trying to be civil and surrendering. She took this chance as a revenge. Without saying anything, she pulled his hand and pushed him towards the calm stream. Maybe she was stupid because the second she let go of his hand, he tugged at her skirt and she jumped right after.
