Anna looked up at Jack uncomfortably from how close he was to her. She pressed a palm to his chest, pushing him back a bit, to get some distance between them. Jack's eyes wandered as he took in Anna's looks. She was the second human female he had ever laid eyes on, besides his own mother who had raised him with his fearless father. Anna looked around, realizing that they were still high off the ground which sent her back into a fearful panic. "Um, Jack...would you mind bringing me back down to the ground please? I-I'm not comfortable at high altitudes." Jack shook his head, leaning back into a squatting position, putting weight back onto his knuckles as they fell to the tree's surface before him.
"Not safe" he replied. He then gestured with his hand toward the direction of the forest ground. "Jaguars." Anna only tensed up more at the thought of jaguars roaming the hidden forest grounds.
"Then p-please, take me to a tree that at least has a bigger branch...I fear that I might fall off this one if we stay here." Jack nodded and scooped Anna up in his strong arms and found another vine. Anna clung to him as they swayed through the jungle trees. They soon reached a slightly thicker tree with a wider branch. Jack balanced himself as he carried Anna down the branch before laying her down on it. He sat in front of her as she sat up. "Thank you for carrying me and for bringing me to a better tree." Anna looked down at the ground before quickly retreating her eyes back to Jack. "When do you suppose we'll be able to go back onto the ground?"
