Chapter 4: Love Is In The Air... Or Is It..?

Justin heard a splash behind him. He already knew it was Ella. He didn't dare to look behind him. It was kinda embarrassing for him, knowing that his crush is naked in the pond. Or so he thought.

"You coming Justin?" Ella asked.

Justin flinched and nodded, he slowly turned towards her. He blushed at the sight of her. Wearing only her underwear.

Justin took off his shirt, and his shoes and sock and dived in.

"It's hot!" Justin said.

Ella giggled and swam closer to Justin "Well it is a spring water. Or as I like to call it a hot spring. It's not often we see a hot spring with a waterfall before. It's kinda rare? But anyways, we're here for a reason."

Ella points at the waterfall and said, "Behind that waterfall lies a cave filled with crystals. And in it lies a sacred pendant, as red as the blood moon. And you know something?"

"What?"

"Last one there is a horse's turd!" Ella shouted as she swam towards the waterfall. The current was strong but Ella can manage.

Justin swam after her, then as he slowly approaches the waterfall. The atmosphere seemed... Dark for some reason. Justin can feel it...

" This aura...Why does it feel so familiar..?" Justin said in his head. Justin was too caught off in his thought that he got hit by the roaring waterfall, making him sink down towards the bottom.

Justin began to hear someone or some "thing" call out to him. He looks around, but all he could see was darkness. Then he felt something crawl up to his right leg, he looked down to see a black... Seaweed or what seems like one. It then dragged Justin down even more. Justin tried to break free, but he couldn't. All he could do was holding his breath while trying that black thing let go of his leg. Then everything went black.

"Justin..."

"Justin wake up!"

"huh..."

"JUSTIN!!!"

Justin opened his eyes and gasped, he coughs out a bit of water. He then panted and looked at Ella.

"What happened?" he asked.

"I should be asking you that!! You had me worried sick! You're lucky I saved you... Otherwise... I could've loose you..." she said trying to fight back her tears.

Justin sighed and explained "All I could remember was... I was sink down to the bottom, then... This weird seaweed dragged me down, and everything went black and now I'm here with you."

Ella was a it confused but all she could say was "I'm just glad you're ok..."

Justin asked "Why worry? I mean we barely knew each other and... Uhm never mind I-"
