'Courtyard, 11:55, March 15' the writing on James arm said. His soulmate appeared to be a little... forgetful. He always had a date on his arm. Then the place would appear, then the time. Whenever it appeared, he would wait until the time written and then bolt out of the room to search for the person. That had gotten him a lot of detentions but what's life without a little risk?

Right now he was running towards the courtyard after bolting out of the common room yelling to his friends about destiny. He reached the courtyard and saw the same group of girls he had seen before. Evans, (L/N), McKinnon and McDonald. He approached them grinning "Hellooo Ladies! May I please see your arms?" "Shove off Potter, we don't want you here" Lily answered him quickly,    (Y/N) nodding "I have astronomy soon" she said sighing "And I don't want your arrogant face ruining my study session!"

James stared for a few moments. He then glanced at his arm "That lesson wouldn't happen to be at 11:55?" (Y/N) rolled her eyes "Yes it is what would it matter to you?" She said annoyed "Wait it's not you?!" He turned to Lily quickly "It's not me? What do you mean?" She asked him "My soulmate! You're everywhere whenever I'm looking for them! Always there!" He turned to a very shocked (Y/N) "It's you...?" He stared at her.

Awkward silence filled the group as the girls started leaving one by one, leaving James and (Y/N) alone "I suppose...." she said quietly. James smiled at her "I'm happy with that" he said finally. (Y/N) looked at him for a few moments before smiling slightly "Well, if you can stop hexing innocent students maybe I'll consider going to Hogsmade with you" she sighed. James nodded excitedly grinning like an idiot "I'll do it for you!" She giggled at his excitement and leaned forward, pressing her lips against his cheek "I'll see you on Saturday" she whispered to him before turning around and going towards the group of students ready to learn about the signs. James could only stare before going up to the owlry. He had a lot to write to his mother
