The pair didn't manage to finish off their little game of 21 questions, Jimin got off at the next stop and kept giggling to himself while on the way to work and during.
His work friends thought he was crazy, one minute he was silent, the next he suddenly burst into fits of laughter.
And that my friends is the minty effect.
-Looking at his watch, he sighs to himself. Yet another night of finishing late and doing over time.
However a plan formed in Jimins head. Curious and also starving.....it couldn't have been more brilliant.
Walking to the other side of the platform he waited for the next train to go further into the city.
.....
"Good evening sir, table for 1?" The young waiter smiles as Jimin stands alone at the desk.
"Yes." Jimin smiles back.
He was impressed. But felt uncomfortable, such a fancy restaurant and no clothes to match the sophistication.
Oh well it's too late now.
As Jimin follows the waiter to the lonesome table, he looks at all the snotty posh people. Women in tight fitted designer dresses, men in matching designer suits with Rolex watches on display and sipping matching expensive wine. This certainly is a Michelin restaurant alright.
Jimin is surely going to regret the amount of money he spends on his dinner tonight. But his curious mind doesn't mind the expense.
Surprisingly Jimin has a lovely table for one. A red rose sits in the middle of the table in a marbled vase, accompanied by a red tea light and a comfortable padded beige chair. Above the table hung multiple light bulbs dangling from the ceiling. It's quite beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.
"Definitely under dressed." He says in his head.
Jimin sits down, placing his work bag under the table. Picking up the menu, his eyes scan over the food options.
Gulp.
£56 for a steak?..... holy cow...( see what I did there? Kmn)
After a few minutes of deciding and £64 later... Jimin decides to have the medium rare steak, with gourmet chips and pepper corn sauce, accompanied by red wine (that he didn't want, but the waiter persisted that he had it with his choice of food and Jimin being socially incompetent, couldn't refuse.)
"Is there anything else for you sir?" The waiter smiles almost robotically as he writes down Jimins order.
A loan?
"No that's all- wait can I ask something?" Jimin raises a mischievous eyebrow.
"Of course sir." The waiter straightens up.
"Is Min Yoongi working tonight?" Jimin tilts his head.
The waiter pauses for a moment.
"Yes he is." The waiter nods.
Brilliant.
"Can you pass on a message for me?" Jimin smiles.
"That shouldn't be a problem sir." The waiter raises an eyebrow.
"Could I borrow a little piece of paper?" Jimin smirks.
"Yes sir." The waiter rips out a piece of paper from his leather booklet for Jimin and passes him a pen.

This better be worth £64 minty.Love, Merida.
—————————————————-Jimin folds the note in half and passes it back to the waiter.
With a small and curious nod from the waiter, Jimin was left alone to people watch until his expensive ass steak arrived.
~Lost in his own little world and 18 minutes later, Jimin gets a tap on his shoulder.
Shaking his head slightly and looking up, a smile instantly spreads across Jimins face.
"Merida..... you look absolutely dashing tonight." Yoongi bites his lower lip as he holds in a laugh.
Jimin takes a deep breath.
"Minty, you've never looked better, that stain covered apron makes you look ravishing." Jimin too, holds in a laugh.
