Chapter 16

"That's my babygirl!"

Shivers ran down my spine as I heard the voice of someone, which I didn't think I would meet again that soon.

All heads turned to look at the person behind me, but I couldn't bring up the courage to face him.

I angrily bit my lip as even now after he came up to me first, I couldn't manage to face him.

Silently listening to my irregular heartbeat I felt myself tearing up at my own stupidity.

First I'm the reason why he gets hurt and kidnapped and now I can't even apologize or just look him in the eyes?!

Wow Y/n, I didn't know people could be this stupid and selfish!

After a few seconds I dared to look at the crowd in front of me, just to watch their widened eyes and open mouths.

"Is my princess shy? Or why doesn't she answer me?"

His deep voice whispered next to my ear as I felt his hot breath giving me goosebumps.

The next moment I felt myself getting turned around and getting face to face with the person I was so afraid but also eager to meet.

His dark and warm eyes made me feel like home as I felt myself drowning in them.

All of my thoughts and worries disappeared as I felt like I was getting hypnotized.

My gaze fell on his soft lips and after seeing them form a cheeky smile, I immediately threw myself into his arms and hugged him like we were two puzzle pieces, which finally found each other.

He didn't hesitate to respond with picking me up and swirling me around in the air, like all those fresh married couples in every basic romance movie.

It was the best moment of my life until I felt him stop and give me a worried look.

Of course I didn't understand and tilted my head in confusion, but after I looked at his with tears stained shoulder I realised that tears of joy were falling from my eyes.

I quickly giggled and smiled shyly to reassure him that I'm completely fine.

He heartwarmingly smiled back and slowly dried my tears while caressing my cheeks.

I automatically closed my eyes and enjoyed the calming feeling of his warm hands on me.

Just like this we reunited and pretended like the past didn't even exist.

We only focused on ourselves and didn't mind the thirsty eyes of the crowd around us.

We didn't even notice them until we heard them cheer for us.

"Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!"

They cheered as we exchanged some unsure looks.

Just as I was about to calm them down and tell them that we weren't in such a relationship yet, Taehyung grabbed my hips and pulled me closer to him.

The next thing I knew his soft lips were pressed against mine and started to move passionately.

As shocked as I was I didn't even dare to close my widened eyes and continued to look at his beautiful face and at how his eyes opened a little bit as the kiss got more and more heated.

The crowd shouted and cheered even more, but we didn't give a f*ck about them since we were in our own world for that moment.

I slowly pushed him off of me as I already felt dizzy from the lack of air.

We both breathed heavily and stared into each others eyes like they were the most beautiful art we've ever seen in this whole world.

His eyes looked like a dark galaxy with no escape, but there were little, shiny stars which made it look so peaceful and comfortable that you would want to sink into it even though you would be stuck forever...
