Chapter 14

~Naruto's POV~

She stood up and was clenching her fist her face was covered by her hair
"She's already gone. I'm in control now." She said. suddenly black chakra shot up around her.

"Maybe when I'm done killing all of you I'll let her return back to see her handy work." She laughs. 

I looked around at everyone they were all hurt or unconscious I needed to do something I need to save ayame because I can't kill her I just can't do that. "Ayame please." I whispered. suddenly she appeared in front of me "your so afraid of me but yet you have darkness dwelling inside of you that's dying to be let out." She said smirking "maybe we should let him out to play what do you think naruto." She said placing her hand on my chest. Remembering earlier when she tried to drag the nine tails chakra out of me I jumped back away from her. "I'm sorry Ayame." I said and ran towards her with a kunai she blocked me with her blade "I hope your ready to die." She said and swung her blade at me barely grazing my side "Shadow Clone jutsu!" 4 clones appeared and we ran towards her attacking her from each side but she dodging everything we couldn't even get one good hit in until I do kicking her In the stomach she slid in the dirt and glared at me in that small moment she had dropped her guard That's how I was able to land that kick. we ran at each other again going at it with hand to hand combat both of us getting hits in but hers were a lot more powerful she got one good hit in knocking me to the ground I look up at her and she punched me again "they never mentioned to her that I would be this powerful if I was released. I've gained more powers since being within her mother." She laughed "once I'm done with you all I'll kill anyone else that tries to get in my way." She took at step closer to me I felt like I couldn't move I felt frozen in my spot she put her hand out "rasengan"
A purple and black rasengan appeared in her hand "this is goodbye." She said before she could hit me I was finally able to move and I dodged her attacked I kicked her right in the back and she slammed into the floor "I won't die! Until she's returned back!" I yelled at her I kicked her again sending her sliding through the dirt. "No matter how much this is killing me to do this to you I won't stop at nothing until your gone!" I yelled running towards her.

~Ayame's POV~
(In her own mind)

"Where am I? It feels like I'm just floating.." I say I slowly open my eyes it's dark and nothing is around just me and only me
"Is this what complete loneliness and darkness feels like." I slowly close my eyes "it's kinda nice." I stretch my hand up opening my eyes again "she now has control."

"Ayame!"
"Ayame!!!"
"Please! Don't give in!"
"You can't give in to her!"
"We need you here!"
"AYAAAAAAME!"

I look around thinking I'm going to see someone "I hear people yelling my name." Suddenly a big pain shoots through my head "Damn it!" I yell "why does it hurt so much!" I say clutching my head "leave me alone!!!!" I scream and the voices stop. I opened my eyes and I had stop sinking and someone I knew was standing in front of me
"D-Dad.." and be smiles his big smile I go over to him and hug him "my Ayame." I look up at him and tears run down my face "I miss you so much." I said "I feel so lost without you here." I said burying my face into him and crying "dad I gave up and I gave in I messed up big time and I don't know what to do." He pulled away from me and I looked up at him "you just gotta think about the good in your life the light in your life those are the things that overcome the bad and the darkness." Suddenly it was like I could see out the other me eyes and my eyes got wide she was destroying everything I could see all my friends injured and she was fighting naruto "N-no." I muttered tears falling down my face I felt someone put a hand on my shoulder I turned and looked at my dad "you know what you need to do." He said "I know my daughter and I know she isn't weak." He said smiling suddenly a women appeared next to him she looked almost like me except for the black hair "hi my sweet ayame." She said. It finally clicked in my head "M-Mom." And she nodded I went over to her and hugged her "I never thought I would meet you." I said hugging her tight and she placed a hand behind my head "I'm so sorry ayame I'm sorry you had to go through life dealing with this thing that I passed on to you and me not being here to help you through it or to protect you." She said I looked up at her and shook my head "it's not your fault."
"You've become a beautiful women and strong one at that." She said smiling "your dad told you what you needed to do to return from this darkness and we both believe in you that you can do it." She said and I started crying "i don't want you guys to go." I said and they both pulled me into a hug "we're always with you." They said in unison and they slowly started to fade "we love you so much don't ever forget that." They said and with those last words they were gone and I just let the tears fall from My eyes "I can do this." I said. I got to think of all the good things
"My friends they always have my back, always there for me, they make me happy. My village it's my home. My family who lives within my heart and naruto.. the boy I love the boy who has stolen my heart from the very first day we became friends the boy who is the light in this darkness that consumes my life." I stretched my hand up "you can't have control over me! You took advantage of my at my lowest and now I'm at my strongest and I say you can't have me anymore!!!!" I Yelled Suddenly it felt like someone grabbed my hand to pull me up

~Naruto's POV~

We've been going at it for a while I'm starting to run low on chakra and she doesn't even look like she's breaking a sweat. "I got to find a way to save her." I yelled "AYAME! if your in there please! Don't let her have you! I love you ayame and I can't lose you!" I Yelled and she laughs and runs towards me but before she even reaches me she stops and grabs her head and starts screaming "what's going on." I whisper "your mine! Don't interfere you don't get to change your mind!" She screams.  Suddenly I sensed the darkness in her slowly fading she stops clutching her head and looks at me her eyes slowly turn back to normal "N-Naruto.." She said before she suddenly collapses to the ground I run over to her lifting her up

"ayame! ayame!"
