Powers: same as his brother but instead has PEACE, an ability that creates perfect unity within ones self increasing speed but decreasing strength
Story:Singularity was allowed to stay outside his chamber due to his relatively peaceful attitude but as he was made a weapon remained extremely dangerous capable of moving so fast his acted like blades. During the Code Silver he gathered arround the lockdown area to assist in holding back the escapee, who to his horror and shock was his brother, deformed by rage nd covered in the blood of the people-workers and test subjects alike-and instantly saw him as his rival in existence. The moment these to met each other with their abilities it was brutal, with Duality sending punches that smashed the floors and walls as Singularity struck with such speed he made weak albeit fast blades of wind.
Appearance:Tall and slender with wavy blond hair and soft blue eyes always with a calm smile. During PEACE he has white lines tracing his arms torso and face along with pure blue eyes
