Part 17

*1 month later*
This was it, today was the day you were gonna find out the gender of your little babies. Sofie had wanted to throw a gender reveal party for ever since you told her that you were pregnant. She went with you to the doctors appointment and found out the gender when you and Tom left. She had planned the whole thing herself with a little help from your and Toms mom. You had no idea what she had planned. You were currently at Toms place about to head to yours where the gender reveal is going to be.
"Are you ready love" Tom called.
You turned around to face him.
"Yeah, are you nervous"
"Of course Im nervous, we're gonna find out the gender of our babies" Tom said and you could see the excitement in his eyes. But you still questioned if it was real.
"You dont have to do this you know" You said and looked down at the floor.
"Do what" Tom asked confused.
"Be with me, help me with this. It was my decision to have sex in the shower. You shouldn't have to deal with this because of me"
"Hey hey hey, this is not your fault" Tom said softly as he walked up to you."None of this is your fault, it took two persons to make those babies. And to be honest I dont regret it all"
"What?" You said now looking up at him.
"I love you, and maybe if you asked me a couple of months ago if I wanted to have a baby I defiantly would have said no. But now I cant wait to raise these little humans with you. I want to be with you"
"You really mean that" you asked, now on the verge of tears.
"I really do" Tom spoke, his voice remained soft. He gently cupped your chin and lifted your head to face him. He leaned in and kissed you softly. You returned the kiss and savored the taste of his lips. Your moment was interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Im sorry to interrupt but we need to go if we're gonna get there in time" Nikki said.
"Yeah we'll be right there" Tom said, not moving away from you.

Soon you were at your drive away, about to knock on the door. Sofie opened with a big smile on her face.
"Are you ready?" She asked
"I guess so" you said and she let you in the house.
You saw all of your friends and most of both your and Toms relatives standing in your living room. There were pink and blue balloons everywhere and a big banner hung from the ceiling with the text " boy or girl?" on it.
You almost teared up a little bit, it was all so overwhelming. Your grandparents walked over to you and congratulated you, but you could tell that they were still uncomfortable with the idea of you being pregnant. It actually didn't bother you. You understood that people were going to think it was weird, but you didn't care, you had Tom and that was all that mattered.
Tom spotted you from across the room and saw how uncomfortable you were getting. Probably because all of the questions. He walked over to you and wrapped his arms around you from behind. You relaxed in his touch and leaned your head against his shoulder.
"You okay love" he asked, his voice soft. It soothed you.
"Yeah Im fine"
Your grandparents walked away and started talking to somebody else. You breathed out in relief.
"Thats was getting awkward" you said and turned around to face Tom. He still had his arms tightly around you.
"Thanks for saving me" you added.
"No problem love" you leaned in and kissed his lips softly. You moved your lips slowly against, trying to savor the taste, the taste of him. You pulled away and leaned your forehead against his.
" So the moment we all have been waiting for" you heard Sofie loudly say from the center of the living room, grabbing everyone's attention.
"Tom, Y/n are you guys ready" she said and handed you both each a big black balloon and a needle.
"So everybody knows how this is done, they pop the balloons and the glitter inside will be either blue or pink depending on the gender of the baby" Sofie explained to everyone.
"Should we do it at the same time" you asked Tom who was looking at you, you could tell how exited he was. 
"Yeah. On the count of three?" You nodded everyone counted loudly to three.
"1...2...3"
You and Tom popped your balloons at the same time and your face lit up in a never ending smile. Pink glitter surrounded you and you put your arms out and spun around slowly. You looked over at Tom, his smile matched yours. Just then you noticed the blue glitter caught in his hair and surrounding his feet. You threw your arms around him and hugged him tightly. The people around you cheered and clapped their hands.
"We're gonna be a family" Tom whispered happily in your ear. You buried your head in the crock of his neck.
"I know" you said against his skin.
You couldn't believe it. This was the start of your family. You and Tom were having twins, a boy and a girl. You couldn't be happier.

A/N: Omg its a miracle, I updated. I know that I haven't updated in like a week and Im really sorry but I have been busy. I had a football cup and I had practice everyday before so I have been playing football for like a week straight. And I have had a huge writers block so Im sorry for that. Tomorrow at least one new chapter will come, hopefully two or even more.
