She was in a dream. In a huge barrel roll the water hitting her face. Her smiling with water on her face. The sun shining and when she exited she woke up.

Monitors were beeping and she woke up feeling her left arm was gone. Mom? Lydia called making Cheri reply, Hi, sweetheart. I'm right here. Bethany sat next to her. Hey. We're all here. Tom said and she said, It hurts. Okay. Noah, get the doctor. Tom said and he said, Yeah, I got it.

I'm a little thirsty. Lydia said and Timmy said, Got it. Bethany snuggled into her twin and her dad started to cry and Lydia said, Dad, please don't cry. He said, I'm not crying. I'm going to be okay. I know. He said and soon Mr. Blanchard, Holt came in.

Hey there, kiddo. How you holding up? He asked Lydia and she said, Pretty good, thanks to you. I guess I ruined your surf shirt, huh? Well, I never liked that one anyway. Why don't you just concentrate on getting better, okay? He said.

Lydia said, Thank you. Holt said to her, You were amazing out there. You were the one who kept me calm. You never... You never let go. You are incredibly brave, Lydia. Where's Alana? Lydia asked. Holt said, She's... She's at home. With her mother.
She's... She's still a little freaked out. But, you know, she'll be better knowing that you're going to be okay.
So... What about Bryon? Lydia asked. He's the same. Worried about you, he'll come see you when I tell him your awake.

Hey. How's my favorite patient? David said and Lydia said, You say that to everyone. I mean it when I see you and your sister. Holt said, I'll wait outside. I'll see you later. So, I understand you're feeling
some discomfort. Yeah. Lydia said and He said, Well, that's normal. There's going to be a lot of pain
because of the trauma that you endured. Not to mention the fact that you've lost over 60% of your blood. You're going to be feeling kind of lousy for the next few days, kid. Now here's the thing, Lydia.
The things that you're going to have to learn to do differently is extensive. But the good news. Those things you're not gonna be able to do is small. I'm so proud of you.

I'll tell you something. She is a living miracle. David said to Tom and Cheri and Tom hugged him saying, Thanks, David. Cheri hugged him too.

Lydia slept for awhile and she soon woke up seeing her dad next to her, awake reading the Bible. Hey, sleepy head. Hi. She replied and he asked, How you feeling? Lydia said, I've been better. When can I surf again?

Are you busy right now? He asked and she said, Kind of. Soon. He said and she asked, How do you know?
Because you can do all things... Through him who gives me strength. Tom and Lydia said together.

Cheri, Tom, Noah, Timmy and Bethany were eating and Tom said, Noah, eat your food. It's gross. I'm not hungry. Noah said. Eat it. Mine's fine. I said, I'm not hungry. Noah said and Tom said, Well, if you didn't want it, why'd you let me pay for it then? Fine. I'll pay you back.

Cheri said, I think you two should calm down. Noah said, I am calm. Tom said, We're not doing this. Doing what? Noah said and Tom said, Life's got to go on the way it's always gone on. What you talking about? Life is not going to go on the way it has always gone on. Noah said and Timmy said, Will you stop arguing? No, he's arguing with me. Noah said and Tom said, Stop it. Stop it! Noah soon pushed out of his seat and walked away pissed off

Lydia was sleeping and shaking a lot. She was having a dream of another shark coming at her. Soon Alana had the same one causing her to scream and her dad came in saying, Hey, sweetheart. It's a dream, okay?
Just a dream, that's all. Just a dream. She said, It wasn't a dream! It was real. Her dad told her, You should go see her. You know that? You need to go see her.
