"Haa? So...so i have a sister"

Not to mention my high pitch voice sound when i scream that word. My mom and dad work room. That place contain all my father file from his work duty until his personal file..........
Well you know the ending, right?

"Just to be clear that.." i looked into mom and dad eyes "I've already known about dad ex-wife but.....i didnt know that i had a sister all along..."

"Whe-when do you know about that? Did i ever tell you?" Dad ask slowly "nope actually....let just say that it was a long story..."

"let just calm down know..."

My mind need a break for all this sudden fact about this and that. All above this circumstances, i'm still chill and all that but the one who shock me in the head is the fact that i had a sister.....well a step sister. Kayla just look at me with a confused eyes maybe deep inside her heart, she think that it can't be posibble.

After all about the long ass explanation, mom and dad signal kayla to leave the livingroom because the next topic of this conversation would be 'private'
And for not long, kayla walk upstairs to my room.

"Mom...dad, dont be intense. I'm totally okay with all this. Beside is not that big deal, right?" I smiled toward them " and plus, i do have sister for all this year......that kind of make me really want to met her"

As i finished, mom and dad look at each other and whisper some word that i can't even heard.

"(Y/N), you know that we going to have a summer vacation together in vancouver..." That reminds me of something.

Not particularly i would say but yeah, i gave you all the explanation. It took a years for my family to plan out the vacation plus my father was away cause of his work. I, personally dont mind with it but my family..... they JUST want a PERFECT VACATION.
So yeah basically my family is vacation addict.

"Oh that vacation that you both plan like...for a year? Of course i knew that..." i said while loosen up my body "When we good to go?" Mom and dad just look sweatdrop and just look each other, don't know what that supposed to mean but i had a feeling this upcoming word that they gonna say, isn't going to be a good one.

"(Y/N),....uhm first. Yes we all going to go but for this year-..."

"But first thing first, knowing that we both love you with all our heart and.....please don't be mad at us..."

''Aint gonna be such a good word'

With the hesitation look on their faces, they all together said that:

"We both decided that this year just the two of us will go to the vancouver"

"Wha-......"
Surprised and also disappointed felt down deep inside of my heart.
Immediately i looked down and inhale, showing that i was sad.
I was reaallllyy looking forward to this vacation cause once again my family is being unite plus we gonna have so much fun while in Vancouver. Guess that just only my dream, huh?

But come to think of it, its been a long time since my dad and my mom got to spent alone time together. I notice that...maybe they need some time alone. Yes i was sad before but hey sometimes you got to sacrifice for your love one's, huh?

"....(Y/N)?"
"Are you okay?"

And after daydreaming just for a second, dad called me by walk and touch my shoulder softly.

"I-im okay dad, really i'm fine..."
I smiled and look at my dad and my mom

With an exhale coming out from me i began to talk
"Mom...dad... i think the idea of only the both of you will going to Vancouver....its a great idea...!"

I smiled happily and continued
"I...i noticed that you both doesn't get any some alone times together, remembering dad works and also any other kinds of disturbance. Actually im totally okay with that, maybe while you both in vacation, i can spent the summer in kayla house and-..."

"Nope you can't...."

Surprisingly kayla has already on the way down to the living room  when i said that.

"Heee?!?! Why not kayla?"

"Sorry (Y/N), actually the reason i went to your house is to explain this..." kayla walk towards me,  bring her both hand together and make a ''appolagize' pose.

" On this summer my family will go to our grandma house, so i will not be at home for the entire summer...i really sorry, (Y/N) "

"Ahh mannn! So who am i supposed to-..."
Before i continue, i think first.
Maybe the point reason mom and dad talk about this cause...
Dont tell me....

"-...am-am i going to stay with the 'step sister' for the rest of this summer?"
