Chapter 12: Feelings

Juvia's POV

"Wake up..."

Juvia could hear someone in her sleep and it's getting disturbing, to be honest.

"Juvia, come on."

Ah, but it reminds Juvia of someone's voice that she loves hearing again and again.

"Juvia Lockser, please wake up already."

Juvia turned to her side and slowly opened her eyes. She was greeted by a smiling Gray-sama who's wearing his uniform and his arms were on the top of my bed with his head on it. "Yo, you're finally awake."

"AHH!" Juvia shouted as she backed away from Gray-sama with her face red as a tomato. She quickly stands up and gets away from her bed and moves to the corner side of her room.

She pointed groggily at Gray-sama who also stood up as well and asked, "W-W-What are you doing here?! Why is Gray-sama in Juvia's room?!"

He slowly laughed and his eyes went down and up on Juvia. "Hm... Before I explain everything here, do you mind changing your clothes first and prepare for school?"

Juvia furrowed her eyebrows. What is he talking about? Her eyes went down to her clothes and she was wearing a plain white shirt and short shorts. She was wearing a bra inside but it's a bit visible because of the shirt.

Juvia blushed again and she opened the door of her room and pointed at it while looking at him. "Gray-sama, please get out!"

It's the most embarrassing moment in Juvia's entire life. Even Lucy-san wouldn't do that to Juvia. Who would even go to their friend's room at morning and pick him/her up??

Besides, how did he get inside??

Juvia shrugged off the thoughts as she grabbed ahold of her bag and went downstairs. She just finished taking a bath and changing into her school uniform and is now prepared to go to jail called school.

As soon as she gets down, she called out and said, "Gray-sama, Juvia is—"

"YES! I WILL BEAT YOU!"

"Oh no, you won't!"

She practically froze at her place and saw two guys playing League of Legends in the television. It was Gray-sama and Juvia's father, Rave Lockser and he is the childhood friend of Gray-sama's father, Silver Fullbuster. Such a small world indeed.

"Umm... Gray-sama? Dad?" Juvia called out to get their attention.

She stopped from talking when Gray-sama suddenly stood up from his seat and raised his arms up high. "Yes! I beat you, uncle Rave! I beat you!"

"Aw... Darn it." Dad said and sighed. "Fine, you won."

Gray-sama's eyes suddenly darted towards Juvia and he said, "Oh Juvia! You're already here! I'm glad that you're finally ready."

Juvia was at loss, to be honest. She stared at the two of them who are casually talking right now. It felt weird again. They seemed close.

Juvia cleared her throat and that made the two of them look at her. "Excuse me but... Mind telling Juvia what's going on with you two?"

"Oh, Gray said that he's going to pick you up. Juvia, you never told me that you have a boyfriend already. So he's the one you went to yesterday? And such a small world. he's the son of Silver! Haha." Dad said and glanced at Gray-sama. "Sweetie, I don't like secrets, okay?"

"S-Sorry." Oh... Gray-sama told dad that we were dating? Fake dating, Juvia means.

"Juvia, eat your breakfast now so we can go to school." Gray-sama said as he pointed at the food prepared on the table.

"And Gray, also eat, okay?? Don't be shy!" Dad said.

"Yes, uncle Rave." Gray-sama replied.

Juvia is speechless.

"That felt great!" Gray-sama said as soon as we got out of Juvia's house. We just finished eating our meals and we're now headed to school.

Juvia's eyes furrowed because she couldn't get it. Why were they playing League of Legends? "Gray-sama... What was that? Why are you and dad playing?"

"Oh, that." He said bluntly. "Well, when I entered your house, uncle Rave suddenly said that he'll test me out to see if I'm a great boyfriend and—"

"And he tested you out in League of Legends?"

"Yeah." He said and smiled. "It's been awhile since I last played that game and it felt refreshing. Your dad... I must say, he's good at that game.

"Ah, well dad always play so it's not surprising haha." Juvia replied. The thought still couldn't sink into her mind. Besides, how did he know her address?

...

Ah, Lucy.

"What's with the face, Juvia?" He suddenly asks and pinches me on my cheek. "It's not like you at all, you know."

Juvia swatted her hand at him and touched her cheek afterwards. "That hurts and it's nothing. Juvia's just shocked to see you at her house, that's all."

He smirks and pats me on my head twice, and made my hair look messy a little. "Well, you better get used to it because I'll be going there everyday."

Juvia gulped and looked away from him. Seeing his smirk agitates her for some reason... It really bothers her to see him like this. We never really talked to each other, up until now.

But why does it feel like we've known each other a long time now?
