My grandmother and me finally arrived at the Crete Airport in Heraclion. After the two hour flight I'm more then happy to finally be able to move properly again. I really missed Crete, I mean it's already my fifth year here and I'm happy to see the staff workers of the hotel again, especially the waitress called Anastasia and the nice shop keeper and his wife, across the street from the hotel. But this has to wait.
We can finally leave the airplane to get our luggage. Because this is the first year we travel without a travel agent I'm a little nervous, but what could go wrong?

Timeskip to when you got your luggage and stand in front of the airport

I shouldn't have jinxed it. We've been out of the airport for 15 minutes and you know the Taxidrivers that normally wait for you in front of the airport with a sign that says your name? Well.... There wasn't anyone and my grandma and I freaked a little bit out, but don't judge us, it was hot and sunny and you don't find the person that's supposed to bring you to the hotel, especially when he was ordered from the hotel. And to be honest, after the two hour flight we were tired and a little bit stressed, so the missing driver was just to much.
After the driver wasn't there the next 5 minutes, I told my grandma to wait in the shadow by the building with the luggage, while i'll be looking for the driver in and in front of the airport, where the stands for the travelagents were. As I was walking to the airport-entrance, my (e/c) eyes met two beautiful brown ones. Wait what am I thinking? I don't even know him. When I got a better look, I saw that the eyes belonged to a brown haired boy, who I think was my age. (A/n: Even if your not Ant's age, just go with it) He was there probably his parents and sister, I mean two adults and the girl looked quite older than him. I quickly broke eye conact again and was on my way to find the driver.

We finally arrived, the flight from the lab of the professor to Crete took 5 whole hours. Of course I took Jeffrey with me, but there was a small problem. Because he is a fish and he needs water I couldn't take him to my seat in the airplane. Jeffrey needed to stay with the other animals and not with me. The whole 5 hours I was scared that something might happen to him.

Timeskip after the plane, when they got Jeffrey

Luckily nothing nothing happend to him, he was like he normally was and that made me sigh in relieve. To get Jeffrey back it took a little bit longer then for the other passengers, who only had to get their luaggage. So after about 20 minutes I had him finally back.
My family and me finally made it out of the entrance, when my eyes met two lovely (e/c) ones. They belonged to a girl with beautiful (h/l) (h/c) hair. What are you thinking Ant!? You don't even know her and your probably never gonna see her again. (A/n: Oh boy was he wrong 😉) We waited around 10 minutes when we saw a sign of the taxi driver eith our name on it. We were finally on our way to the hotel and if I should be truthful, I was kinda excited because I never was in a hotel before.

After 10 minutes he finally showed up, looks like he was in a Taxidriver-waiting-room, which was around the corner and hidden by some trees. I mean, who should find that when there's no sign even saying that there's a place like this? But it's okay. We're finally on our way to the hotel. Hopefully there's somebody my age this year, so we can become friends.

(A/n): Or even more? Read more and find out.
