It was a cold morning and pain was the only thing that kept Y/N from drifting to a peaceful sleep.
Heavy waves of nausea invaded them frequently and the annoying sensation of emptyness in their stomach only made them feel uncomfortable.

Y/N woke up feeling very sick from the moment they opened their eyes. Buried under layers and layers of blankets, Y/N hided from the freezing air that surrounded their neighborhood and traced circles on their tummy, trying to soothe the stinging stomach pain they felt, but the need to throw up caused to jump from the warmth of the bed and run like crazy to the bathroom.

Cold tiles rested below Y/N's knees just as their stomach contracted violently to let out their last half-digested meal. Flushing down the toilet after the intense ordeal, Y/N weakly stood up, resting their pale hand on the corner of the bathroom for support.

The situation which Y/N was now experiencing left them unprotected, their parents were out of town and had no way to move around and go see a doctor. They managed with shaky legs to return to their bed to hide once again and get some rest.

"I'm going to be fine" Y/N repeated to themselves as a sort of mantra. They were alone in their house and clearly scared.
Suddenly, paranoia and anxiety made their way into Y/N's mind as they remembered Hyoga and them had planned a small trip in the afternoon to the park near their house.

The sick youngster checked their old alarm clock and read "11:36", feeling realieved that it was still early to cancel that evening date.

On the other side, Hyoga had the feeling something was weird, his mind began to wander around and quickly found what felt different. It was kinda late and he hadn't received any text or meme from
Y/N. His s/o is not someone who wakes up late and liked to keep in touch with him, which was something he found cute.

He brushed that thought off for the moment, thinking it wasn't even something to worry about.

After some minutes, Hyoga checked his phone once more and again, no life signals from you.
He sent one message, then another one and still no response from his s/o. Maybe it was time to make a phone call and check up on you.

Meanwhile, you found yourself sitting in the cold floor of your room with your head inside a bucket that you found in your home, emptying once more the non-existent contents of your stomach.
That's when your mind focused on another thing, and that was your cellphone ringing very loudly, with so much pain invading your body, you didn't even cared about who was the person calling.

With a hoarse and weak voice Y/N asked.- W-who's this?-

- Y/N, It's me, Hyoga.- He could swear that you sounded just like a zombie, if they could talk they'd probably sound like you- Are you ok?-

- No, I'm dying. I've been throwing u-up nonstop and I h-have a fever.-

- What?! Have you taken medicine?-

- N-no... I'm alone.

Instantly filled with worry, Hyoga said:- I'm going there, try to get some rest.-

He hung up in a second, not giving Y/N enough time to thank him for his attention and care, which they needed right now.

The blond guy drove his bike to you neighborhood, stopping to buy some things you might need to treat your sickness, like natural drinks, fever medicine an whatnot.
