denki then rushes at really fast speeds and izuku is surprised and when denki is seen again he is holding a sword and they both clash their blades

Todoroki:he must've learned how to use his quirk better and now he most likely got over his old limits and gained new one

As they fight they are separate and denki rushes and they both attack really fast
