The next morning, Kyle woke up with a serious headache and he could barely move his body. It felt like he was paralyzed from all the drinking last night. After a few tries and struggles, Kyle managed to sit up.
Cole unlocked his door and walked out. He noticed Kyle awake and didn't bother to even say "Good morning" to him. He just rolled his eyes at him and walked to the kitchen to make breakfast. Kyle was dumbfounded. Cole had never acted this way to him.
"Cole? You okay?" Kyle asked as he struggled to stand up but soon gave up. Cole didn't answer but in the end, all he said was "I'm fine." In a very cold tone. Kyle was shocked when he heard Cole's reply. So many thoughts were filling his head when Kyle decided to just shrug it off and just thought that maybe Cole wasn't feeling alright.
Since it was a Sunday morning, Kyle's friends decided to hit him up again and go to a nearby theme park or just a mall for a gathering. Kyle agreed to go. On the dark side, Cole would have to be left alone and he would somehow have to defend himself if anything bad happens. When Cole found out that Kyle will be going out again, thoughts flooded his head and he was overthinking every thought that fills his head. Will they be drinking again? Would Kyle come back home to beat me up like yesterday night? Will I end up in the hospital this time? So many things were in Cole's mind he could barely think straight.
After a few hours, it was evening. Kyle was dressed in a plain white button-up with some ripped jeans as well as a jacket tied around his waists. He was wearing a pair of Timberland boots. "Cole! I'll be going now!" Kyle called and walked out the door, locking it. Then, he made his way to meet up with his friends.
"Great, now I have the whole house to myself, I don't think mom is coming home tonight either." Cole sighed disappointingly. Suddenly, Cole's stomach grumbled loudly. Cole chuckled softly before walking into the kitchen to make some food for himself to eat.
A few hours later, a car pulled up in front of Cole's house. The car was a black mustang as a guy with white hair stepped out. That guy was -- Wilson Hineman.
Wilson walked up to the front door and knocked, which of course drew Cole's attention."Who's even knocking at a time like this?" He sighed. Cole walked up to the door and let out a deep breath before opening the door. Cole instantly regretting opening it and tried to shove the door closed but Wilson forced it open by blocking it using his arms. Since Cole was weak, he fell down and Wilson was walking towards him slowly. Cole stood up and walked backwards. "W-What are you doing here, Wilson?!" Cole exclaimed.
Wilson ignored Cole and kept walking towards him until Cole hit a wall. Cole was cornered, lead into a trap. Cole started to tremble as he tried to find a way to escape. He couldn't make it tho the house phone which was sitting on a counter top right next to the door, Wilson would catch him and probably slaughter him into pieces before Cole could even dial Kyle's phone number. He couldn't go to his either, Wilson would break his door down and his chance of escaping were really narrow.
"Someone's scared, Too bad he doesn't have his protective brother to save him." Wilson chuckled deeply and sinisterly. Wilson grabbed him by the throat and gripped it tightly before lifting him up from the marble floor. Cole was getting choked and he tried to gasp for air. After a few seconds, Wilson dropped the unconscious Cole onto the cold marble floor and chuckled. He left the house leaving the door slightly opened.
Not long after, Kyle came back from his gathering. He fiddled for the house keys in his pocket and put it into the key hole just to notice that the door was already unlocked. He started to worry about Cole. What if he's hurt? Or what if he got kidnapped? Kyle pulled the door open and rushed in just to see Cole laying on the floor unconscious. "Oh my god, COLE!" Kyle was on his knees while he looked at his passed out brother. He immediately got on his feet and picked him up. He rushed outside and got into the car, putting Cole nicely seated in the passenger seat. He quickly drove to the nearest hospital as fast as he could.
