HEADING

Hi, my name is Dahlia Carter.

I am 11 years old,

I'm about 5 feet tall,

I can run up to about 50 miles per-hour,

I have a English accent,

and I can shoot light blue web's.

Hello, my name is Dahlia Carter, or Ascent as Tony Stark would call me. I will tell you the story of how I became Spider-Woman.

It all started when I went on a class trip to MOMA. It was a very long trip. When we got there, it was already dark by the time we arrived in town, so my class stayed at an inn for the night.

The next day, I saw a strange, but pretty, peacock spider in my room. The back of the spider had a bronze-ish color with an outline of white. The legs of the arachnid were black and white striped, and the rest of the body was all black. The spider had a flap that popped up. It was a peacock color on the outside and towards the middle, it became orange.

Fascinated, I picked up the spider so I can show my friends and my crush, who was Peter Parker. He was a bit awkward at times, but I find it adorable. I walked to my crush first because he was closer.

"Hey Peter! Look at this spider in found in my room!" I exclaimed excitedly.

He replied, "Whoa! Can I hold it?!"

I said, "Wait! I have to show my friends first!"

Peter and I walked to MJ, Liz, and her friends.

I said, "Hey guys, look at this spider!"

They all said their own variations of, "Wow!" "That's so pretty," and "Ew!"

Peter and I both laughed.

"Okay, now you showed your friends, Can I show mine?" Peter asked politely.

I said "Alright, here."

As I was giving it to him, I felt a little pinch on my finger, but I thought it was just the spider hanging on my finger. The spider gracefully strung itself into Peter's hands.

"Wow, this is so cool! Thanks! But will it bite me?" He asked, slightly worried.

"No, I don't think this spider bites," I laughed and his shortly followed.

So Peter showed his friends.

When he came back to me, I put the little spider back where I found it. My short moment of happiness ended when the spider crawled out the door and Flash screeches and stomps on it. I wanted to screech, but I then heard the teacher calls for the class.

"COME ON BOYS AND GIRLS! TIME TO GO!"

So we left the inn and we went to a museum.

The museum striked little interest in me. The entire time I was chatting with my friends and Peter out of boredom. I used to be hype about this trip, but I guess I thought too high of the prestigious museum.

When the trip ended and when I arrived home, I started to feel a bit sick. My head began to pound and feel pressurized, almost like my secret hangover a few months back, when even light and sound was painful. I laid down in bed, trying to ignore the pounding headache I had to endure. After an hour or so, I finally drifted to sleep.
