A strange virus plagues Seito City and in this new world it's up to new versions of Manuel, Anthony, Angel and Friends of both new and old; to fight against this virus and the people it attracts but first they have to face their own sins before them...
Now this is another story. Some of these characters to come may talk, look, or even sound the same but this story takes place within another world entirely. Another Universe, one where Manuel Estrada never moved to Kochi City. One where Kamen Riders have never existed but you will soon find that even though this is another story of his. You will find that Manuel, Anthony, Angel and their friends will have to face against many obstacles ahead. So with that being said. Despite knowing that this story will be different than from the ones you're all used to will you be willing to accept the terms and join these versions of Anthony, Angel, and Manuel on their quest?
