"Ji--soo"

The girl laying injured on the dirty bed groaned with pain filled in her voice. Taehyung was now shocked, because the girl was

Mina.

The girl he saw before getting hit by that hybird was healthy and beautiful but now, was with scars left unstitched on her face and body, starved for days by tying herself on a bed. Taehyung was never her friend, but seeing someone in this condition made him cry.

The poor girl couldn't fully open her eyes so because of that, her vision was blurry. It tricked her into thinking Taehyung was Jisoo. It looked like she was beaten up instead of getting proper care and treatment. Taehyung reached out for Mina's hand and rub it, trying to hold his tears.

Mina was smiling instead of crying. What made things even sad was all she could see was Jisoo. The fact that Mina thought Jisoo was infront of her and was holding her hand hit Taehyung's soul powerfully.

"Hey.." Taehyung finally voiced with a happier tone in his voice. The girl smiles as if nothing's wrong. Taehyung was still helding Mina's hand in his palms.

"They to-tured m-me" Mina softly says while shuttering.

"What did they do to you?"

"They took m-my blood- an--and didn't stitch m-my wo-unds"

That sentence instantly clicked Taehyung. Now he finally knew where they got the antidote.
It was Mina's blood.

Taehyung lays his forehead on the bloody bed, trying to hide his face from Mina as he started tearing up more.

Suddenly, a loud bang was heard from behind. Taehyung instinctively turned his head with tears still falling from his eyes. It was.. Jisoo. Her eyes filled with shock and rushed to the bed while tripping. She immediately started bawling her heart out while gripping hardly Mina's soft hand in both of her palms. She was asking her a billion of questions.

Turns out, Jisoo overheard the doctors' conversation and it was about Mina. She knew where Mina was so she dashed to the surgery room, but didn't expect her lifetime best friend to be in a condition like this.

Then, loud footsteps could be heard. It was the doctors. The doctors eyes widen and one of them immediately tried pulling Jisoo away. The other doctors then joined to help. Taehyung was hopelessly sitting down on the floor looking like he was staring into space. Jisoo was still holding Mina's hand and as they pulled her away, she forcefully had to let it go.

The last words Jisoo heard from Mina was"Don't go, I-love you"

Taehyung and Jisoo were pushed out the room. They shut the door, locked it and finally, closed all the curtains.

Jisoo was there sitting on the floor, looking like she was internally screaming in agony. The only words that was echoing through Jisoo's head was,

"Don't go, I-love you"
