I opened my eyes from my stomach-turning. I rolled over and looked at Daniel. He looked so peaceful. Suddenly, I got this feeling that I was going to get sick, so I got up and ran to the bathroom. "Daniel!" I cried because the pain was so bad. He ran into the room and rubbed my back. "What hurts baby?" He asked kneeling down next to me. "My stomach. Grab some Advil." I Said clenching my teeth. He quickly got up and got me some Advil. "Here you go." He Said handing me the pill bottle. "Thank you," I said swallowing a pill. "Can you get back to bed?" He asked. "I think so. Help me up." I Said. I could stand up but Daniel still helped me get to bed. "You good?" He asked. "I think so." I sighed. "Do you need anything before I got to sleep?" "My heating pad." I sighed. He rushed into our closet and grabbed my heating pad. "Where do you want it? Toys stomach? Your back?" "My stomach," I Said admiring his jawline. (Author Note- 😂😂🤷♀️) "thank you," I Said hugging him. "Your welcome. Now get some sleep." He Said kissing my forehead then crawling into bed. "Goodnight Daniel." "Goodnight Lex." He Said pulling me closer to him.
The next morning
"It's 10 am and my Lexi isn't up yet!" Jonah mumbled. "She was up early, let her be." I sighed.
That afternoon back in LA

Daniels POV 4 weeks later
I decided that I was going to get some me time, so I went into the recording studio and played my guitar. That's the only place where I can be by myself. I'm excited about having a baby but I'm nervous. I mean, I'm ready, but I'm not. I'm not mentally with it, and neither is Lex. In my opinion, I don't think Lex is ready at all. "Hey, babe?" Lexi asked walking in on me as I was strumming my guitar to 'What am I' "What's up?" "Can we go shopping for a while?" She asked. "Sure. What for?" "Clothes." She hesitated. "For who? You or the baby?" "Me..." she said. "Alright, let's go," I Said trying to avoid the fact that the tee-shirt on her was 3 sizes too small.
In the car
"Babe?" Lexi Asked. "Yes, Lex?" I responded. "I feel fat already." I looked at her and said, "You aren't fat, you are growing our child inside of you." "I know. I just, I'm not used to it." "I know you aren't. You aren't fat though."
At the mall
"Okay... so the stores that I want to go are upstairs," I Said looking at the map. "Okay. Let's go." He Said grabbing my hand.
"I love this shirt," I said holding it up to me. "It's very pretty," Daniel said admiring it. "Yes, it is. Can I get it?" I begged like a little girl wanting a Barbie doll. "Why ask me? Of course, you can have it." He laughed. "I'm gonna keep looking!" I Said putting the shirt in the cart. He laughed.
