The rigid member delved into the entrance filled with viscid liquid. The pattern of the rising and sinking was perfect within every force....

The next day at school was far from abnormal or unwonted. Benny was still mildly upset with himself for being so childish as to fall for the girl's looks recently and pushed further into his daily schedule. In English, there was a vocabulary test and he was glad that he had studied his material whenever it reappeared on the quiz. Towards the end of class, Ms. Mabus showed her students their scores. It became no surprise to Benny when he saw an A+ on his copy. In his indirect eyesight, he saw the girl go up to front of the room. Once she saw her score, she sassily strutted back to her seat. Benny felt a brush of air tingle his skin when she went passed him. The trail of scent behind her smelled of perfume. It was quite gratifying to his nostrils, but it failed to change his decision on ignoring her.

Time had seemed to become immobile for Benny as his apprehensive mood showed itself enormously for the school day to come to an end. In Social Studies, his fingers tapped on his desk as he sat to listen to the sound of that bell. It took some time, but it finally blasted throughout the institution. Hastily grabbing his book satchel, he paced himself out into the hallway. He threw his books into his locker and went out the double doors leading to the parking lot. Benny looked around as he saw many teens chattering and bringing noise around him. Some were in scenarios where boys would have their girlfriend sitting on the hood of their trucks making out and others featured groups standing around the fronts of their cars deep in talk. Alternate scenarios involved teens doing neither and hopping into their cars driving to home.

As Benny kept examining around himself, he then caught a sight that took him off guard. Not far in front of him was the girl with her arms wrapped around a sturdy neck of a tall blonde senior. He looked nothing like any of the boys Benny had seen in the Cafeteria the other day. Around him were more seniors, but once again, they looked different. The girl then rose her head up to his face and pecked his lips, one of her legs flinging up as she did. Benny tried not to let the action bother him, but at the same time, his cheeks flushed. The girl and her boy partner climbed into his dark blue pick-up truck, with his friends climbing into the back of it, and they drove off. Benny watched as the truck turned a curve and disappeared out on the streets. He wondered why the blonde's friends tagged along with the girl.. He thought about why she would hang out with all of these boys to begin with. He was sure she only needed one boyfriend......

The more he lingered on said questions in his mind, the sooner he realized it was distracting him from doing what he was meant to be doing at the moment. Shaking the thoughts out of his head, he walked off. Before long, he reached his house. He spent some time there watching re-runs of CBS sitcoms on his television until the clock said 6:30 pm. Changing out of his school outfit, he put on some training clothes and grabbed his football gear. He switched off the tv before exiting his house. He arrived at the football field in no time and met up with his team and coaches.

"Alright, Rodriguez. Get changed. Let's go!" ordered his coach. Benny went into the locker room and began dressing in his gear. Most of his other teammates were already in their uniforms. Time had seemed to went a while lot faster for everyone as the clock on the locker room wall struck 7:30. The game was ready to begin. The team made their way out onto the field. The bleachers were starting to fill up with families and students. Benny was a tad bit disappointed that his own mother couldn't make it for she was kept intensely occupied at the nearby factory. The opposing team came into view. Compared to the home teams' gold and white colors to symbolize their eagles pride, their enemy's were shades of red and green to represent their mascot of the grizzly bears. In a little while, the game was now taking place. The two teams lined themselves in respective positions on the grass. The ball was launched and the boys went to work. The football was tossed in all sorts of directions and areas. It was no surprise to the school that their team had started off with a few points ahead of the grizzlies, showing that they were ahead. Cheers exploded from the stands as the audience cheered their side on. Benny was mildly impressed and helped them score a few more goals. The opposite team only scored about 2 or three goals thus far, but the home team was shoving their faces in the dirt due to how hard they were playing. 2 hours into the game and half-time break showed up.
