So basically since summer started a Brooklyn-style accent has been growing on my voice.
For Example: at my family reunion one of my cousins asked what school I go to.
This is exactly how it sounded:
"Golda Myuh."
The school I go to is Golda Meir.
Pronounced "My-eer"
Another Example: I've been saying: "Tanks" instead of "Thanks"
This has been completely natural.
I'm not from New York.
